Lisa and Kookie are professional, communicative, educated and are strong advocates for their seller and buyer clients. I feel 110% comfortable referring any buyer or seller to Lisa, as they will be in good hands!

I have been to a lot of open houses. But never have I been bullied to provide my contact information. I declined, then declined forcefully. Again. This agent made like he was doing me a BIG favor by allowing me to view the house they are selling. And that they are “within their rights” to not let me in without contact info. What? Are you trying to sell this house or not? Then he implies that if something came up missing because he “doesn’t know who” I am, they would - contact everyone on the list and accuse them of being a thief? What? Never have I experienced this. I gave my name, I gave my real estate agent. WHY do they need my contact info?If you don’t feel comfortable with people in your house, then don’t have an open house. Make people make an appointment. Don’t harass them when someone goes to see it.Which reminds me, they have scrubby wall to wall. At the front door. But you have to put on BOOTIES. Haha, like that house is so nice it cannot be sullied. But it has wall to wall carpeting that will be ripped out soon as someone buys it.Maybe stay in your lane and out of Marblehead, because you surely have no idea how to do the real estate here.

I work for the Cambridge office of Boston Northwest with Concord being our main office. The staff at all locations try to always be so helpful. The family atmosphere and the focus on training and communication is a positive I have not really felt anywhere else.
