“Our family went here for the sec d consecutive year on Easter. The buffet offered a delicious assortment of meat, seafood, and vegetables. Everything was scrumptious -- the delicious swordfish with its unusually flavorful sauce, the various meats from deli appetizers to delicious...as it prime rib? There were fantastic vegetables, waffles with fresh strawberries... Every employee -- from front desk to host to waitstaff -- treated guests with warmth and professionalism. There was Easter bunny for the kids as well as food at the buffet specifically labelled for children (ie., mac and cheese, chicken)... The dessert buffet, too, was varied and delicious. The ambience was lovely-- charming, classy, and also calmly festive. Congrats to all who organized. Superb.”

“When I tell you that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, I say this with pride. Genuinely incredible staff, very attentive and helpful, the person who worked the night of our check in date was super friendly and courteous, sadly forgot to get her name but she was awesome. The breakfast is absolutely the best I've had in a standard hotel, full on scrambled eggs with bacon/sausage, little triangle potato things, pancakes, bagels, cereal, this is what breakfast should be like in every place. They had a gorgeous pool, which sadly we couldn't use due to just not having our swimming attire/it being the middle of October, but it looked clean as anything. Our room had a balcony area, was extremely clean, chargers above the bed, a heat lamp in the bathroom, which my girlfriend, now fiancé since I proposed during my time in this area, absolutely loved. Oh yeah, plus my girlfriend and I got engaged here, I was super nervous, but they made us feel like we were at home. This is a fantastic hotel, old school sure, but none the less, if we end up taking another trip to Salem, this will be our hotel of choice. No questions asked. Sure its about an hour away, but I'd rather drive a bit and stay at a place I know will be a fantastic stay. I say this with over 4 years of hospitality under my belt, amazing hotel.”

“Nice place, it was quiet when we went. The suites are nice and roomy, clean. I would've liked to try the pool, but it was not on the roster for this trip. Room service was OK, and the food was decentFood & drinks: The room service was decent. The drinks were like paint remove, they were so strong and wage we didn't drink we brought home for our Tiki torches”

“This hotel was great, the front desk staff were amazing, so was breakfast. Our room felt more like a little apartment rather than a hotel room. The beds were firm but comfy, good night of sleep. We were on the first floor which we already knew from other reviews wouldn't be great, we were waaayy down the hallway and every day it smelled so strange? The first thing we smelled was pot, and chlorine, despite the pool being outside and it being winter. On our final day our whole room smelled like plastic on fire. But the weird smells were a compromise on how nice this hotel was. The breakfast was good. Wouldve loved for cheese for the eggs, or a pastry for a quick to go breakfast. And we were so sad the coffee bar seemed to just be closed indefinitely. Paying for parking was also a hassle. Just add the parking rate to the nightly rate and charge per extra car. The front desk told us to pay for two nights, we did and on our last night we had a ticket? It has no writing on it at all and the front desk said it shouldn't be an issue so we will see.”

“The water in this hotel (room that we stayed) was so dry, I couldn’t wash my hands. They have every good shampoo and vanity products but water ;(. The pool is fantastic. The mattress and pillows are firm and keeping your back in a good shape. The breakfast is both various and sufficient. Recommend, hopefully they will install a water filter or change the water quality.CLose to all sightseeing”

“I was warmly greeted when I came in. The front desk clerk was very pleasant. I was impressed with the room that I got with a king size bed all for about $100 through Expedia. I would definitely recommend someone come while in town. It's accessibility from the highway was good. Had a nice free breakfast selection overall had a nice time here because the room was upgraded and comfortable to stay in unfortunately the only thing that was lacking in the room was a safe room. It came with a mini fridge and microwave and a Keurig machine. It also had a large wardrobe closet, with an ironing board and iron. Ample dressing room, space, a desk, a chase lounge, as well as the king size bed with very comfortable bedding.I was greeted warmly when I entered. The receptionist was very nice. “The off-site hotel is NOT connected & carts were broke. That is the Only negative thing we have to say about this Ahhhhh_Mazing little Inn.We were greeted by the friendliest front desk human in many Inn switches.Even with a wedding that we were not part of, our service and interactions were always met with happy eyes and friendly voices no matter who was attending the desk.Nearby activities: Concord, where Jo Marche changed my life.Boston, what's not there? Not needed, if its nawt.I'm sure there are a ton of amazing activities that we missed.Noteworthy details: Most staff members went above and beyond for us. Even a weird random mishap was met with so many apologies, we felt this important and out of so many hotels character these days we hope it never changes.Jenene (I hope I spelled your name correctly) Thank you for being an incredible human. May your life be book worthy.”

“I stayed here for two nights while I was on a work trip. The staff was friendly, the rooms are clean, and they don't have breakfast, but they have a little café downstairs you could order from.I would recommend staying here if you're in the Waltham area for work.”

“We are a bit disappointed because although the hotel was nice it just definitely didn't feel like a Westin. We couldn't reach anyone to get some items sent to our room. The service staff is the best part of the hotel which is the only reason they got a 4 instead of 3 stars, but I truly had high expectations of a hotel listed for $700/night in the middle of practically nothing outside the city of Boston. I should've stayed in the city. The gym and pool were nice if that's your thing.”

“When I tell you this hotel is absolutely disgusting. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke. The bathrooms have mold The front desk staff is super unprofessional and pray to God that you don't leave any items in your room. Because if you do they will be stolen by the housekeeping.”

“Everything was good including the hot breakfast. The shower pressure was not great as I have seen in other hotels. This is the only reason I didn't give five stars.”

“Located in the middle of nowhere, it has a small gym and a nice indoor pool. Rooms are very spacious and include a fully equipped kitchenette. Breakfast is modest but offers something for everyone. No one will come to make your room unless you request it. AC is very noisy. You'll need a car to go to the nearest shop, which is a 10min drive.”

“The rooms were clean, the gym is in good condition. The pool is closed indefinitely, which was a sad surprise to my family. There was a large youth soccer group at the hotel which was pretty rowdy and annoying in the late evening. People leaving their bags of take-out trash in the hallways (and the mouse running down the hall) could be prevented by some trash cans at either end of the (very long) hallway and somewhere in the middle. Also while there-- had someone else charge their dinner and drinks to our room twice. We contested it and the hotel staff took it off our bill, but be aware and check your bill!Nearby activities: Very close to a large mall just across the highway.”

“We had a wonderful one night stay here. We had been a bit worried after reading some reviews but found them to be unfounded in our experience. We found the hotel to be friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet.Doug at the front desk is a gem. He was so friendly and helpful, even at 1am when we arrived. We found the old school keys to be charming. The gym in the basement is incredible- with everything you could possibly need and with a sauna as well. Highly recommend.”

“The Bedford Motel is a quaint motel with cozy rooms in a quiet neighborhood that can be found in Bedford, Massachusetts at 30 North Road. What I learned about the motel is as follows:* **Place:** Approximately 25 miles northwest of Boston lies the historic town of Bedford. Situated right off I-95, the motel is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area.* * Lodgings:** There are many different types of rooms available at the motel, such as family-friendly, double, and single rooms. Each room features free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a private bathroom.**Features:** The motel has free parking, a vending machine, and a front desk staffed around-the-clock. Every morning, coffee is offered in the lobby.* **Activities close by:** The Bedford area offers a variety of activities, such as shopping at the Burlington Mall, skiing at Nashoba Valley, and touring historic places like Lexington and Concord.* **Comments:** Reviews of the Bedford Motel on Yelp and TripAdvisor are not entirely consistent. While some patrons bemoan the motel's thin walls and antiquated décor, others commend it for its spotless rooms and welcoming staff. All things considered, the Bedford Motel is a decent choice for tourists on a tight budget who want a tidy and cozy place to stay in Bedford. Please note that this is not a five-star hotel. You might want to think about booking a hotel in Boston or Cambridge if you're searching for something more opulent or contemporary. You might wish to stay near Lexington and Concord if you intend to tour a lot of the historical attractions in the area. The Bedford Motel is a fantastic choice if you're on a limited budget, but there are a few other motels in the vicinity that are about the same price.”

“Rooms: The rooms are really outdated. My comforter had several strands of long black hair throughout the fabric. Not what you’d expect from this brand. You can also hear your neighbors talking at times.Walkability: This hotel isn’t really close enough to anything else you could walk to.”

“This hotel is cozy and family oriented place. The staff are wonderful people, especially the manager and her assistant manager. Both are very dedicated to solve any guests’ minor and or major in no time, keeping everyone stay worth while. I never felt a day I’ve been left alone, and due to my lengthy stay, my family and being greeted almost every day with a smile and welcoming attitude. Awesome place to be. Thank you Extended Stay America for hiring the best in the business.Rooms: All rooms are equipped with newly installed air conditions/heater this past summer. All rooms has full kitchens equipped with stove, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets, dishes and stencils and a sink. Great for cooking your own mealsSafety: I always feel safe in this hotel. During my lengthy stay, I’ve never felt threatened by anyone, nor my two cars and messed with.Walkability: There are many places around the hotels you can walk to; like watching indoor Hockey ring/ice skating, walking around the many hotels in the area or walking along the nearby highway. Also, there is a shopping area about a quarter mile away that has; Market Basket, Marshal’s and other great outlets.Food & drinks: There is a free nice healthy light breakfast every morning, and there are many food outlet around the area; restaurants, fast food places and other hotels with dining rooms that you can dine in.Noteworthy details: The newly appointed manager and her assistance are possessing a great managerial skills, and both are on the top of their game. They conduct a routine room inspection for any mishap and anything needs to be checked and or corrected.”

“This place is sketchy! It seems like they overbook and the prices vary greatly. If you book through a different agency and pay a lower price, it seems you end up with a canceled room even though you have a confirmation number. Between myself and 3 friends, we all overheard strangers being told their reservations were cancelled…and not by anyone in the party. Most had used another agency for a lower price.I also had a friend who booked over the phone and got a lower price. When she went to check in (with a confirmation number) she was told her room was cancelled because it was after 6pm. She was NEVER told there was any cutoff for check-in. There was no proof of this policy anywhere on the website or in her confirmation email. The rooms are so in need of repair. My room was 80 degrees and the air unit kept blowing hot air even after I set and reset the thermostat. I finally unplugged it. The tub had cracks by the drain, part of the baseboard unit was broken off and sitting by the toilet. The blinds for the window were broken, and I had to check to be sure I was not flashing anyone at the convenience store across the street when I wanted to take a shower because the window blind in the bathroom would not close.Parking is ridiculous. Very small, crazily designed garage underground and a scary overflow lot across the street. At least my bed was clean and comfortable.Definitely avoid this place if you can.”
