“I have been with OT in Concord for about 3 mos. Once I got used to the workout, I really got into my rhythm and enjoyed it. The staff have always been very pleasant. I had a lot of questions......but they were always happy to help. At one pt, my lower back acted up and they were really happy to work with me to change up the routine to work around this. I look forward to going back in the fall.”

“I've been a member of Title Box in Littleton since they opened 5-6 years ago. This place cannot be beat-- and its not just the incredible full body workouts. The trainers are very, very good-- inspiring, friendly, sooooo knowledgable-- and they've build a great community at this gym that is welcoming, fun, and inclusive. They mix up the warm ups, core work, and different types of classes so workouts are never boring. If you've never been to a boxing gym-- or never boxed-- no problem. (boxing is no-contact, by the way-- you're only hitting a heavy bag). There's tons of equipment you can use on your own to supplement boxing classes, and if you want more, you can sign up for personal training, small group training or one of their contests/challenges during the year. Members-only Facebook page is alot of fun too. I'm in the best shape of my life, thanks to this place.”

“Joining Boston Underground Strength Training has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! I first joined during a really busy period of grad school where I was working long hours and had a constantly changing routine. It was so nice to know that no matter how busy I was, I would always be getting at least two workouts in each week! I’ve been training with them for 6 months and feel like I have my body back and am stronger than ever! The coaches are so kind and professional and they’re always able to provide adaptations to the exercises when needed. I also really appreciate that the community isn’t focused on weight loss, rather getting strong and feeling good for life. “Facilities, staff, pool, locker rooms all very good. Locker rooms clean, spacious. Sauna and steam room are very relaxing. Staff is uniformly kind and knowledgeable, and they pulled through the pandemic with cheer and goodwill. Plenty of pool hours (lanes and watercize areas), and more in-water and dry-land classes than one person could ever take. Plenty of cardio equipment. I could go on.”

“This wonderful gym is near my parents home and I drop in any chance I get. The community is SO welcoming and kind and I always get my butt kicked by their excellent programming. Every coach is knowledgeable, fun and brings their unique personalities to the class. I really admire the culture the owner and head coach Mel has cultivated at this gym. I have also watched my parents begin their strength and conditioning journeys at Daybreak at the age of 63- Mel and her team create a safe and fun environment for beginners- do not hesitate to check this place out. “I love Stow Fitness. Let me count the ways. 1. An old-style gym. Nothing fancy, just tons of weights and machines. The best staff, and as a tribute to Dave, the owner, many have been there since the last century. 2.I walk into the locker room and am transported back sixty years to my high school locker room. It's the familiarity; what I don't miss is the group shower. 3.No nonsense. People are there to work out, and no one sits on a machine scrolling through their phone. In fact, people are exceptionally courteous. "Are you done with that?" My answer is, "There are another sixty torture devices I can use." One more plus. More women use that gym than men, and the men who do don't gawk. If they do, they are gone.”

“Got off the couch and came to Crossfit High Power to work on shedding quarantine weight. The coaching staff here is unbelievably good at tailoring workouts to each individual's needs. The facility is bright, clean and spacious which is awesome in these Covid times. The location is perfect, parking is never an issue and the community here is so supportive.
