She won the 2023 MA power lifting championship, and her coaching is focused on the techniques that over time mean the difference between injury and progress. “I rejoined in September 2023 after being away for a few years during the pandemic. The coaches and staff are great. The workouts are hard for me but they are making me stronger. There is always a good variety in each workout. I like being able to use the data to motivate myself. I would never do these exercises on my own. I appreciate the accountability. They just added strength and tread classes which are great. Some of the coaches have been there for many years. I appreciate the consistency.”

“Dropped into CFN twice this week and have nothing but positive feelings about this place. Classic CrossFit class format with stretching, strength, and a metcon. Worked with coaches Alayna and Jack. Both couldn’t be more friendly and attentive to the athletes/community. Witnessed them assist adapt the workouts for newer athletes as well as critique the more seasoned gym-goers. CFN also has a very welcoming community which always enhances the overall fitness experience. Plenty of room, clean facility, and amazing people. Would strongly recommend for anyone living in the area looking for fun yet challenging workouts or dropping in for a couple of days. Thanks for having me, I’ll be back.”

“The best gym I have ever been to! It has a climbing area, basketball court (they also play volleyball there), racquetball courts, multiple table tennis boards, fitness classes, fitness assessment room, powerlifting area, CrossFit area, stretching area, weight machines and cardio room, private family rooms with cardio machines, indoor track, and so on. There are tennis courts, soccer, and baseball fields near the gym with outdoor running track. They offer free classes and multiple gaming/sporting/health events. They also have weekly club events. Lots of free weights and squat racks are usually available. The gym is clean and spacious. This is my favorite gym!”

“Awesome gym run by people who go above and beyond every day. Expert and insightful coaching. Fun and inclusive community. Diverse schedule that includes CrossFit classes, yoga, and cycle. My teenaged daughter and I joined as workout buddies (they take kids aged middle school and up!) and we have gotten so much benefit out of belonging to Tilt for the last year and a half. “Membership at Flight is worth its weight in gold. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, & work hard to provide individualized attention for everyone in the gym. I am a local rugby player and the fitness programs I received were tailored to my on and off field goals and developed as I did throughout the season: injury prevention and recovery, increased flexibility, speed work, etc.Great community, great coaches, great space. “I was first introduced to Future Shapes 11/2 years ago by the Physical Therapist I had after a knee replacement. She thought that I could benefit from continued strength training and highly recommended Future Shapes. I spoke with the owner Deedee, and she thought that one of her trainers, Toni, would be a good fit. From the day I met Toni, I was impressed with her knowledge of body mechanics, and anatomy and physiology. She quickly analyzed my needs and created a highly customized program. Whenever I complain of pain, tightness or weakness in my body, she is great at pinpointing the source of the problem and providing a solution. She works me hard and makes it fun at the same time! I have worked with several trainers in the past, none have come close to the skill and expertise of Toni. The gym has an upbeat vibe, up to date equipment, and is very clean.”

“I’ve been doing orange theory for over a month now, and I wish I had started sooner. Previously, I did home workouts to save on costs but lacked the discipline to follow through. All the coaches at OTF are amazing: they are positive, body affirming, and each have their own style and guidance so you can mix up your workouts and not get bored. I walk away from each workout thinking, “that kicked my butt!”- which is exactly how I want to feel. I love OTF for their variation of workouts, coaching styles, and music! Shoutout to Jessie, she’s my favorite coach and I love her energy!The location itself is the best in the area. I love that everything runs like a well-oiled ship, and it doesn’t feel chaotic like other studios I’ve been to. The best in the area! Dylan and Christina do a great job managing and I’m excited to be part of the OTF experience.”

“I've been a member of Title Box in Littleton since they opened 5-6 years ago. This place cannot be beat-- and its not just the incredible full body workouts. The trainers are very, very good-- inspiring, friendly, sooooo knowledgable-- and they've build a great community at this gym that is welcoming, fun, and inclusive. They mix up the warm ups, core work, and different types of classes so workouts are never boring. If you've never been to a boxing gym-- or never boxed-- no problem. (boxing is no-contact, by the way-- you're only hitting a heavy bag). There's tons of equipment you can use on your own to supplement boxing classes, and if you want more, you can sign up for personal training, small group training or one of their contests/challenges during the year. Members-only Facebook page is alot of fun too. I'm in the best shape of my life, thanks to this place.”

“F45 is great! The classes are all scaled, so everyone can find the right level. You can already be full beast-mode or just starting out, and you will get a great workout lead by a fantastic coach! The free trial was great - I got to get a good feel for the classes before signing up. Happy to be a regular member!”

“I started orange theory earlier this month and love it. My first class was with Emily who was great at showing me the ropes and making sure I had the movements down. Only down side is if you work later I to the evening like I do you may be limited to early morning work outs - thankfully BG carries enough energy for everyone and gets your day started the right way.”

Great variety of equipment and space, one payment so all members have access to everything, and never too busy to feel rushed to share space.
