Love, love, love Forever Tile. Colleen, Bryan and Colleen’s sister (sorry I forgot her first name) were wonderful to work with. We did over our master bathroom last summer and from the moment I walked into their store I knew this was the tile store I was looking for. Their tile selection is top-notch, service and helpfulness is second to none. They are knowledgeable, accommodating and just really nice people to work with. Definitely check out Forever Tile for any tile project.

Colleen and her team were so great to work with (and very patient!) as we figured out the floor tile and shower tile for two bathrooms in our house. The store has an amazing selection to pick from, and the whole process from sampling to ordering to delivery was very smooth. We look forward to working with Forever Tile again soon!

Colleen is very accommodating about ordering, pick ups & rush orders. Her selection is beautiful, new and consistent with demands. The prices are right and the service is top notch. They are all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There is always a positive attitude when you walk in her store! This is my to go tile store for all my projects

Colleen is our go to store for tile and countertops. She has a great selection to choose from and is very knowledgeable. You won't find that service at a big box store or online.

Colleen and her staff at Forever Tile were very helpful with our kitchen project. They have a great selection and they helped us pick the perfect floor tile and grout. Colleen recommended 15% overage, but because of the pattern that we picked, we ended up with more cuts than anticipated and ended up one tile short. Colleen gave us one of her samples for free so that we could finish our project! Outstanding!!

They were very helpful with aesthetic decisions, both in offering advice and in providing samples to take home. They were also very clear about their return policy and were very accommodating overall.

Initially I was impressed with their "service" -- unfortunately I was duped. They sold me way more tile than was needed (10 boxes!) and then refused to take it back even though they had told me very clearly that I could return "complete boxes". This was an expensive lesson. I would have been much better off to buy my tile at Home Depot or Lowe's. Beware!
