I always find the most comfortable boots here. The boots are top quality with soles that will prevent slipping on ice. The staff are very patient and helpful.

I am from California, and was just on a trip to the Northeast for the first time. I wandered into Footstock after having lunch in Concord. I really did not need shoes for this trip, but I saw the most perfect pair of lightweight leather slides that I need for a different trip later this year. The saleswoman was so helpful in assisting me to try the shoes, and informed me how to ensure that slides will stay on the foot, giving me a little pad for each shoe. I was wondering how I would get them home in my already full suitcase. I was musing aloud about having to press the shoes together, and leave their box behind. She offered to have them shipped, at my cost. I was very happy to accept that offer, because these are expensive shoes, over $200, and they deserve to be treated properly. And then....I was directed upstairs to the sale area!! Wow!!! Terrific styles and prices! I will most definitely return to Footstock when I visit my friends in the area again. An absolute gem of a shoe store! Thank you for all of your care.

I have always been very pleased with the shoes and sales folk at Footstock. The last time I was there they let me use their bathroom so I could put on the two dresses I brought in order to match them with shoes. Very accommodating. Further the owner went upstairs and found me exquisite and comfortable shoes for $50! I will continue to shop there.

The sales people at Foodstock Concord refuse to wear masks (as recommended by the city of Concord in public spaces). i used to buy my shoes there but won't go anymore as they do not show respect for their clientele. i am telling my friends not to go either.

My wife finally found her shoe store. It's Footstock and I can see why. They have rare brands like Ara, Waldlaufer,and Cougars. They have orthopedic slippers, water proof boots from Cougars I wanna say and wonderful service. Easy entrance and exit to enter as well.This place is one of those hidden gems of Concord I've been trying to find. These are not only comfortable but stylish. I took a few pictures just because these shoes,boots,and slippers are real pretty. If you got some free time and with the seasons changing I'd go by there. The prices are exceptional.All the shoes there are women's. I'd recommend it if your getting someone a special gift or just need a new or another pair of good quality shoes.

This is my favorite place to buy shoes - period. I have always found comfortable and attractive shoes and boots here for all occasions and needs. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They know how to fit shoes properly and it makes a big difference in how they wear over time. Their shoes last and look good for a long time. And their sales are great too.

Footstock is my favorite shoe store. Small, but great selection and staff is right on point. I always spend more than i want to but the shoes last forever, they fit me perfect and Im done shopping for season in one passPlease support this local business during these funky times. They are cautious and I felt very safe shopping. They are such a nice village shop.

Jessica in the Concord store always goes above and beyond. She asks questions about your needs and listens. Her knowledge of fit and recommendations are outstanding. She helps find sale shoes in the upstairs outlet. Appreciate her candor, caring, kindness and consistently going out of her way to accommodate folks. She once met up to deliver needed boots (as a one time favor when had a sick loved one). She makes Footstock a fabulous store. Thank you, Jessica!

Beautiful shoes, lovely staff (no shade when perusing the 'Clearance Loft') and really a treat for your feet. This is really an elevated boutique for your feet. Not sure why some folks are trying to treat this like a Wal-Mart, its a local boutique with two locations. I don't expect a year long warranty on an accessory, its called life. I will say, that at least the SHOES here will last so, so much longer than brands you typically come across. What a time to also support a local business and save your feet/back from problems down the road from wearing shoes that are really just terrible for your health. Enjoy and happy shopping!
