“Boston post road you're on 29/30 so far of everyday items someone would need...anyways I primarily come to tj Maxx for the shoes - andddd their staff. Here's something I wrote for the Boston Post Rd. Journal (it will be out sometime 3rd week of July for a "Sudbury's best" - we're highlighting gems of Sudbury that give great customer service. This particular shoe store offers an excellent shopping experience for shoe enthusiasts. Their wide selection of footwear, including various brands and styles, ensures that customers can find the perfect pair for any occasion. The store is often commended for its knowledgeable and friendly staff who provide helpful recommendations and assist in finding the right fit. Additionally, the store's comfortable and well-organized layout allows for a pleasant browsing experience. “The employees that work here are great. But I have to say the selection is very lacking they have nothing above size XL I'm looking for like 3 or 4Xl and they don't really have much for the Big and tall guys. I guess that gets me to go on a diet LOL. But for real they don't have much in the clothing department but they are a very clean store very good store I have no complaints About the staff the staff is great here. other than that I just hope that they improve their inventory and maybe carry more bigger sizes.”

“Since the last review, I think there is a new manager at this TJMaxx and he is amazing, so I see major changes in the store and the employees definitely look happier and at ease with customers. The selection is unique and I believe that it's fate if you happen to find something that resonates with you. The staff here (now) have been courteous and honestly very helpful - so I've been splurging a lot more than usual. When a store offers amazing customer service, and great deals, I can definitely see the boost in sales - at least out of my wallet at least lol. I highly recommend coming back here now, love the customer service and welcome feeling when I enter this store now. Highly recommend!”

“I had such a pleasant experience visiting this store today! It was clean and shelves were full and mostly organized.I want to give a special shout out to the associate - Patrick, who was pleasant during the checkout and did a splendid job packing my purchases. I went a little crazy and bought a lot of items, I knew I would have had a hard time carrying it to my car. He recognized it and offered to hold on to the bags until I bring my car over to the entrance. He met me outside and helped me load the bags! What an exceptional customer service!”

“This is a great Nordstrom. The staff was really helpful and there was a lot of space in the fitting rooms. I feel like at stores these days no one ever helps you and I was surprised by how attentive the staff was. Every time they saw my arms filling up, was closed to try on. They would put them back to a room that they had reserved for me. And made shopping actually enjoyable again.”
