This is a poorly designed location. There are only 4 parking spaces and if you enter from the wrong driveway, and there are people pumping fuel, you're not getting to the parking spaces. This is like a "Scumbies" from the 1980s or a "Cumbies that time forgot" This place lacks a public restroom (or at least they told me "no") no "grab and go" sandwiches, no fountain drinks. Only hot and iced coffee. The person on duty was spending his time talking to people in the middle of the store while people were queuing. I spent not an insignificant amount of time getting off rt 2 to get here only to be disappointed with...everything. I just left.

This Cumberland Farms is trash, the hours always change and are never updated on google. I run a business and trust me it’s not that hard to change the hours. It was trash 15 years ago, its trash today. Be a business owner, take responsibility!

When I’ve previously been here, I’ve had a fine experience but I drove by recently at 8pm on a Wednesday and it was closed even though it was supposed to be open.

Rude staff. Closes at 10pm not 11pm. This kid with long hair hates his job and takes it out on customers. It's borderline abusive.

Dirty store and broken pump. Clerk was aware of the problem but didn't put a sign on the pump or let me know it was a pump problem for the extended time I was troubleshooting. I thought it was a wifi issue. When I went into the store, the clerk was so rude

It's a small station and it can be hard getting in and out when it gets crowded but the price of is usually decent and even better if you sign up for their Smart Pay app. The location is convenient and it is my go to stop for gas when in Concord.
