Copper Penny was the absolute best choice as our wedding vendor and it shows!!! What I loved about working with this team was that it was so collaborative. The team works closely with you to understand what you like, what you don't like, and offer their expertise on what's in season and what it will take to get to your desired vision. Ultimately, I left a lot of the creativity in their hands and the end result was stunning. I can't recommend them enough!

My new favorite florist. The thanksgiving centerpiece for our table was truly a work of art. Flowers are fresh, color scheme is creative, and the attention to detail is evident throughout!

Ordered flowers for a funeral. Arrangement was lovely and flowers were fresh but price was totally ridiculous for what we got! This bouquet cost $175! I would have expected triple the stems for this cost.

Your credit card and personal data is at risk at Copper Penny Flowers! I am a firm believer that customer service extends beyond face-to-face interaction and is as much about safeguarding customer information as it is about providing a quality product - Copper Penny Flowers may be falling drastically short in this department.
Exercise caution when making purchases here until they have updated and secured their customer database and credit card system, and have revised how staff can make errors charging accounts. Ask the owner if they have done anything to secure your credit card data, or better, ask explicitly that they don't store your data on file.

I have been using Copper Penny for over 5 years! They do the most gorgeous arrangements! Their customer service is also excellent. They have a program which tracks your order and even sends a photo of the delivery! The flowers always put a smile on my Grandmother's face. I highly recommend them!

Long over due review, but Jennifer and her team at Copperpenny are the best florist choice is the New England area. They made our wedding vision come to life.Not only did they create a magical floral display, but it was the planning and attention to detail that set them apart. They coordinated multiple vision sessions, and an in person meeting to help us lock in exactly what we wanted and what to expect for the day of.We had multiple special requests including a Mudap, which was the focal point of the entire ceremony. All I can say is it was truly breathtaking.If you are looking around for the right florist for your event look no farther than Jennifer and the team at Copperpenny!

Brides beware! Although the florists did a great job with the flowers for my wedding, the customer service was less than ideal. Copper Penny requires several (exhaustive) meetings to plan for the wedding day, but have limited availability to have said meetings (only available times are during the workday). I work full time, so I ended up asking family members to fill in for me at these meetings, just for Copper Penny to cancel them at the last minute. If I could do it over again, I would find a florist that is more organized. They do a great job but it wasn't worth the 12 months of headaches.

Very disappointed with an order for a friend's birthday.It was supposed to be a $100 arrangement not incl dly charge. Thete were only 2 stems of stock, 2 peonies and 1 stem of spray roses and some greens. Looked like it was just thrown together! Had the recipient not sent me a pic, I would have never known (and that's what I think some florists count on). I called and left a message, but never got a call back. Last time I do business with this florist!
