Consumer BEWARE! They charged me $25 to take in a skirt. Took skirt home & nothing was done. Called them and explained that they did nothing to skirt and was coming for a refund. It fits exactly the same. The woman wanted my social security, license, address and phone number and a hand written note that said I wouldn’t complain online. I agreed wrote down my info & then she kept stalling; pressing buttons slowly on the computer, looking around, talking on the phone. After 10 minutes of back and forth, & her still not issuing a refund, I took my note and told her I’d never be back and promised to leave a review of my experience. I’m really thrilled her husband is a veteran but that still has nothing to do with you robbing me $25 to do nothing.Service: Alterations

I went in to have buttons replaced and some silk blouses pressed. I was told to “take my business elsewhere.” As some with a disability, this was off putting and felt discriminatory.

I've been a customer of both the cleaners & the alteration service, for several years. Quality of work has been great. I've never had a problem like some people mentioned here. The gentleman who's the owner is fairly quiet but polite. A few years ago I left them & went to Zoot around the corner. Zoot looked cool with the conveyor belt & ability for consumer to drop off their clothes at off hours. After several trips their, they ruined a really nice jacket I had. No live person was available so I called the costumer service. They didn't take any responsibility, they did t even apologize. I was done with Zoot & came back to Concord Cleaners.
