Terrible. Car goes in with dirt and comes out with dirt plus soap. Not enough wash or rinse, and it doesn’t seem like the different levels of service mean much. I paid for the highest and car did not come out clean. They also have multiple signs soliciting tips, but don’t provide any opportunity to tip after the services have been rendered - not really how it should work for a car wash.

Absolutely scratched my car marks all over now I need to get my new car buffed and waxed worst part is it didn’t even clean my car. I wouldn’t even take my beater car here extremely disappointed brushes where brown stained

This place needs a serious cleaning. I went through yesterday and all they managed to do was take the salt and road grime on my car, mix it into a slurry and evenly deposit it over the rest of my car. As you go through the tunnel you can see how disgusting it is. I would think an occasional power washing inside would help. Low prices, but seriously I would pay more for a real car wash. Unfortunately options are limited in this area.

Perfect! Old school car wash with real humans who preclean your car with quality brushes and care-- I haven't seen that in about 20 years! Despite the fact that there was a line, we were moved along very quickly by the friendly staff. Got the top of the like package for $21 plus tips. It's worth twice that amount. Our salt and snow encrusted car looks like new. Soap and wax smell like candy too, just like the old days! My family will definitely be back here.

Car always comes out dirty, the track that guides you gauged my very expensive wheels on my truck cause the children who work there can’t guide you in correctly and they have barrels in the way so you can pull in correctly. Would stay away for. This place if you value your vehicle.

Nice place. Good service. Cleans the car.Some people expect too much from a car wash. This is exactly what I expected. The young men working were helpful and friendly. The car came out cleaner than it was before. 5/5!

Most reasonably priced carwash around! Make sure you tip the guys. They work hard.

Paid for the top $21 dollar wash, as the employees were pre washing my truck I noticed their brushes were extremely worn out and maybe on the verge of scratching my vehicle. Heading into the wash first 2 articulating brushes worked the 3rd one did not, noticed no foam and no rinse. When I got to the dryer only the top ones worked (side dryers never came on) and only turned on as I was half way out of the tube. When I was out and had to push my mirrors out I noticed the tires where not dressed and since there was no rinse I noticed streaking all over. Not sure how this place can charge for different services when they only really have one wash? and its not a good wash. Save your money and go somewhere else.Service: Full body wash

I've gone over there from Maynard twice now in the past two weeks - once on a Monday and today (Thursday). Both times, the place was closed and there appeared to be mechanical problems. Both times, I was told they'd be open the next day. Its a pain to go 20 minutes out of your way and find the place closed on a business day.
