Great vets, professional front desk staff, kind techs. I can’t say enough about the patience and kindness of the staff in helping care for our nervous doggie, our elderly girl who has heart disease, and their silly little sister. The vets and techs truly follow the fear free protocols and the vets spend the time to get the whole picture and give guidance and options. We’ve gotten the chance to get to know Dr Wilson and Dr Rondeau pretty well and they’ve been awesome. But have had an equally good experience with Dr Carpenter last week, and really anyone we’ve seen for a sick visit. It’s also a well run and organized practice.

I've taken my pet to this vet hospital since she was a puppy and had great experiences with the vet and techs. Unfortunately, I will no longer recommend their services. At our last appointment for my dog to get a vaccine, the tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. She started telling me that I incorrectly administered previous medicines-even though I followed the directions given and did not solicit advice from her anyways. She then commented that at my last appointment they were unable to take my dogs blood because the tech "probably wasn't good." For the record, it was actually the vet and although she was unsuccessful with the blood draw she was respectful of my dogs comfort. The tech then went on to say that I never should have been given the prescription of Simparica trio without the bloodwork and reminded me about three times during the visit. She then stated she would get the blood work done. I tried to explain that my dog has anxiety at the vet and show her the best way to hold her for vaccines-but she cut me off and called another tech to help her. They held my pet in a manner that I knew made my dog stressed. The other tech was nice and seemed to want to take extra time to comfort my dog, but the rude tech immediately muzzled my dog. She became so stressed and wiggly that they almost dropped my pet. It was an awful experience for myself as well as my dog. I debated leaving a review, but the hospital just called and said they made a mistake billing me and if I wanted a refund or credit. I said honestly a refund might be better because the visit was so bad. Her response was, great, I'll just need your credit card number for the refund. She asked for no details or questions, and then I understood why this experience happened and why the quality of care at this facility is so inconsistent.

My family absolutely loves Dr. Wilson. Not only is he experienced and super on top of my Shih Tzu’s health, but he’s kind, caring, and gentle with my timid boy.In addition, the hospital is beautiful and well organized. It’s also very clean. They send frequent reminders if he’s due for a vaccine/checkup, and give timely appointments.I’m so happy with the level of professionalism of this place & so glad I found Dr. Wilson.

Highly recommend! Beautiful facility, clean and efficient. We came here for a health checkup for our two bengal cats about 6 months ago which was great.We recently showed up a 2nd time with just one cat who was showing signs of having an illness. They were concerned with her condition and did an X-Ray and found she had a foreign object in her intestine! They referred us immediately to another facility in Waltham that could do surgery to remove it - hours later our cat got seen, had her surgery and is recovering well! The cat had swallowed a small piece of plastic. ?♀️Our beloved cat is now recovering well, we are grateful for their expertise and how well she was cared for at her appointment here.Both our cats, Dante & Velvet, also give them 5 stars :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is so friendly and helpful. They take care of my baby so well, and are very understanding of my own anxieties. This is an amazing place that puts you and the animals needs first, they are so caring and you can tell they love what they do. Everyone here loves animals and wants to care for them. I have been here 5x now and have never had a bad experience. They are incredibly smart and amazing at handling your pets! Super patient and gentle amazing people. I'm so glad I chose this place for my vet. Thank-you for all that you people do!!

I have been bringing my dogs to Concord Animal Hospital for a few months now for acupuncture and scheduled care from Dr. Carpenter. She is kind, professionaland knowledgeable. My dogs always get great results after her treatments. I'm very pleased with the services. I never feel rushed when I have questions. Techs and receptionists are kind and helpful.The facility is very clean.

After many years working with Concord Animal Hospital the business has hit rock bottom since it's remodel. The customer service is atrocious and there is a constantfeeling that you are doing them a favor by giving them your business. The icing on the cake was after notifying them of our dogs passing they got around to sending us acard 3 weeks later. What is now a pretty face on the outside is an ugly unhelpful, unfriendly program on the inside. There is no chance that the owners do not realize how awful their front desk is, they are clearly ok letting it happen instead of trying to people more suitable for the role. We're over it and ready to move on to Powder Mill Animal Hospital.

Misdiagnosed our dog without even performing a physical exam with an incredibly lazy diagnosis, arthritis. Months later we found out what the issue was the whole time treating for something else. They'll certainly hound you for payment though. I'll be bringing a lawsuit against them soon for not even examining our dog, have the whole encounter on video thankfully. Absolute bottom barrel place, avoid if you want your animals to live.

They took such good care of my kitties! Professional and patient, they got my lil fuzzballs in for new patient appts quickly and easily, and my normally super anxious cats did very well for their first visits to a new vet. So thankful to have found such great care for my kitties!

They are the absolute best. This time, I came because my two cats had a scuffle and one ended up with an abscess. They took wonderful care of my boy!

My pug had nose surgery (enlarge narrowed nostrils) , it is considered a relatively simple and minor surgery. I'm not happy with the surgery, they did a bad job and probably had vet / assistant who had no experience. The vet has been selling it as a package with the neuter surgery. It is not necessary for most pugs. Every pug is different, my pug doesn't run 30 mins every day... and he stays at home when it's over 90F...I'm very disappointed. All pets should be treated with respect and love they deserve. Never going back..

We were new to the area over a year ago and needed a vet. The vet recommended by a neighbor wasn't taking new patients but recommended Concord Animal Hospital. Thought it's not particularly close, we're glad we found it and still use rely on them.Their techs and vets come prepared to the visit; they've read the notes from the call or previous visit. They are a pleasure to work with. They also have a spacious yard around the office so you can walk your dog before he goes in. They also have a garbage bin just in case you need to make a deposit :)

Great place my dog is 10 years old and just developed allergies. We moved from Arizona to Massachusetts and over the last year gone to 2 vets and still felt helpless.But !! Concord Animal Hospital showed empathy from the kind voice on the phone to the staff in the office .The doctor gave me Hope with a plan I understood and could afford thank you so much ? PS...... Isis thanks you too ? ?

My 13 yr old chocolate lab has been panting uncontrollably 24/7 for 2 yrs. She also has weak hips/hind legs and randomly collapses. She can’t get into my extremely low to the ground car, can no longer make it up stairs….Vet didn’t take xrays or take this seriously. Taking her to a competent Vet ASAP before CAH kills her via neglect.Owner Katherine says they have no record of a dog fitting our description but she was just there yesterday. Seems they have a documentation/medical record issue, considering our dog has been a patient for 13 yrs, many years prior to these owners. Katherine is a liar and this business shouldn’t be trusted
