Nano and his crew who take care of my aging car are absolutely terrific. They know car and, know what they are doing. AND they are courteous, prompt AND good natured! I can count on them 100%, and you can, too.Dorrie KehoeServices: A/C installation & repair

Great auto repair. Gas station convenient store offers unique items beyond coffee and snacks.

Friendly and approachable- didn't get work done, was looking for a state inspection which they don't do, but chatted with the (owner?) and seemed like a genuinely nice guy.

I was impressed. They replaced my brakes on short notice at a reasonable price, seemed thoughtful, and offered me a free fresh eggs from their chickens.

Poor customer service, bad (and dangerous) advice. Stopped in here when my tire went flat at Dunkins next door. I left the car to have the tire repaired and we agreed I would call in one hour to see if it was repaired. I called and left a message, which was not returned after 30 minutes. I called four more times, and each time I was sent to voicemail after two rings. Finally I had to walk back there from my office to learn the status of my tire. It was patched, but I noticed a cut and a bubble on the sidewall. I asked the mechanic if the sidewall bubble was something I should be concerned about. He said "if it was on the front tire I would worry, but it's not a problem." A little googling revealed just how misguided and dangerous this advice was. ( The guy was more interested in watching baseball on his phone than he was in providing customer service. On a separate occasion the week before this happened I was adding air to my tires at this station when the valve on the end of the air hose explosively let go, ricocheted off my car, and the hose was dancing everywhere. The mechanic witnessed this happen, walked over, and didn't say a word to me, no "I'm sorry this happened" "are you okay?" he just looked irritated and went about shutting off the air without offering any further help. See the attached photo of what the inside of the tire looked like when I had it replaced the next day. THEY WERE WILLING TO PUT MY SAFETY & THE SAFETY OF OTHERS AT RISK BY PUTTING THIS BACK ON MY CAR.

As a woman - felt taken advantage of. My battery died a few times, I took it there - and they said it was nothing. Then it died again - and they REPLACED it without asking me, or quoting me a price first. The battery cost $150 and the labor $50. This cost me $200. I had TOLD them that the battery was only a year old and from Sears - it could be replaced for free. THey did NOT listen to me and just went ahead and did it.
