Try to avoid going to this branch on Sat. Even more understaffed than usual. Today, the teller did not show up so the Asst. Branch Manager did her work and the teller. She treated the person before me with great service even though the woman had minimal identification and was closing a small account. It took 20 minutes. I just had a deposit. The manager would not give me my balance without a driver's license for id. This is a woman who helped me open other accounts. She sees me at the branch numerous times, yet she pretended she never saw me at the branch. That was just plain mean and not good customer service.

It’s the kind of place where Everyone put on a fake smile and says how they’re trying to help but but then refused to cash a check from the IRS. The only thing more frustrating than bad customer service when people are bad at pretending they have good customer service. Really minimal effort on their part would’ve made a huge difference for me, but of course citizens Bank could not be bothered. Citizens Bank, I hope you fail.

I just opened new account(s) for my mom with Tammy. Highly recommend - patient, great communication skills, and just a really nice person to deal with. Any bank or other would be proud to have someone like her take care of client business.

I was so appreciative of Tammy and her two female colleagues for fitting me in for a notary appointment on such short notice today. Tammy and the two other women were all so professional, kind, efficient, and patient. I really appreciated their help and professionalism.

This branch asks me if I want to talk to someone in financial investing every time I go in there. With their history of customer service and performance. I’m getting all my money out of there. Beware!!!

The tellers at this location (especially Fan) have a REALLY hard time quickly processing simple, routine transactions like counting money. Every neat and organized stack I present for deposit gets counted by the teller 3-4 TIMES painfully S-L-O-W-L-Y before the teller will complete the deposit. Seek any alternate location if you're looking for quick banking.

I'm so done with Citizens bank. After 3 years of giving them our business account they suddenly put their hand in the account and remove $195 in fees. Now the payroll will bounce, and WHO needs a business partner like that. We will be moving our account to a bank that truly is a partner, and WANTS to work with small business. . No amount of advertising will make Citizens name be good when they so callously treat their customers who put their trust in them as a bank. We will be fighting the fees in court as they don't update their internet banking until Tuesday each week, and will be seeking others to join in a class action suit. We will also now in fairness to others hit every blog and site possible to get the true story out about Citizens. The Maynard manager Ann Marie did what she could but sadly they don't even allow managers the power to correct problems and save a client. Trust me this will cost them so much more than the $195 they grabbed. GOOD BYE CITIZENS BANK

I have to say this is the first time I am impressed with citizens bank (who I think generally has the worst customer service in banking). Often their methods just don't make sense to me. But let me say I do my banking closer to home, so this was my first time dealing with the west concord branch. It may seem simple enough, but it meant a lot to me that Shawn/Sean(?) took the time to call me and let me know someone had found my debit card and relayed how I could get it back. And more importantly, rather than canceling it automatically, he put a block on the card until I could retrieve it. In the past, I know the citizens bank policy (at least in Somerville & Cambridge) was to cut it up or throw it away without even notifying the customer. Thank you Sean for using your good customer service skills and notifying me so I didn't have to go about ordering and waiting for a new card !

I walked in off the street and I had an issue that I needed help with. It had to do with documents of an existing Citizens loan. A guy name Les Hartwell came out and helped me right away. He made a few phone calls to help my situation. The reason I think it's great is that I do not have an account with his branch and I don't think his particular branch would directly profit from this effort. He was just a good guy who helped me.

Jesus what a joke. The only ATM is a drive-thru. On a rainy Saturday we pulled in, saw the line of cars, and went inside. Two tellers, no atm. I asked how to withdraw cash, teller pointed to the rainy line of cars outside, so I pointed out that I was on foot and it was raining. He said no problem, took card and license. And then went on to do some incredibly complex task requiring 5 minutes on the computer and a signed paper form (by which time there was no longer a line outside anyway). Finally got money and left, and now see that I was charged $2.00 for the aggravation. Not that you can avoid it since it's the only branch in the area, but if you live elsewhere, bank elsewhere.
