I talked to Mr Santos yesterday, and the first thing that he does is lie in my face about a line of credit saying tha business have to wait 2 years when according to my sources you can get a line of credit with case in a diferent way and another thing i explained to him to do not contact us through our private and personal emails. but Mr Santos keeps pushing the agenda by sending an email to my wife's email, which is not only disrespectful but also not ethical and no professional. i hope that now that you understand to respect people's private information.

Stop her yesterday around 4.30 to open an account for my son. I was promptly greeted at the door to be told they close at 5pm and I could not open an account today. I had to look at my phone to confirm the time. Never have I ever had a bank treat a customer like that. Chase can Thank there star employee tenzin tsering. I will be moving all my accountS to DCU.

This company is full of frauds, scammers and liars. They try and get you to sign up for credit cards promising lots of rewards and then they take them away. I have had 2 vacations ruined and each time Chase tries to blame the other person and not give any help claiming it is the fault of someone else.Do not do business with them. I'd rather stick my cash in a mattress right now that trust these scammers.

Brand new branch in Concord where all the employees were more than helpful and accommodating. Opened up a new account, for doing so, with my first direct deposit I get a $225 bonus, just another thing to love.

Great location! Nice clean interior - Noah helped me with what I thought would be a complicated problem, but made it easy. 10/10 my regular Chase bank now.
