“I have been pretty happy with this carwash. The first time was a bit confusing as you are stopped and the wash system goes back and forth. The only issue is it doesn't tell you when it's done and to move forward - or it's not very clear so you can miss half your dry time. The price is more than fair and a nice discount on gas as well...I got stuck in the Littleton one this year ( my car got stuck on the track) so I only use this type of wash now.”

“I contacted Dan and crew for a full interior detail after having let my car get a bit out of hand. Two small children and a number of other factors left my car dirtier than I would normally let it get and honestly I know it was bad. I asked for an appointment as quick as possible and was able to get one the next day. Dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up at the end of the work day. The owner Dan was so incredibly kind upon pickup and gave me follow up instructions on how to let the car and mats dry overnight. As for the detail, it was spotless. My car looks brand new on the inside, my husband and father in law have also commented similarly and are impressed. They were even able to remove some awful stains from the seats from my kids spilling juice and a smoothie. It looks like a child had never even set foot in the car. The price was really great for all of the work they put in. I was expecting to be charged much more for the seats and it was so reasonable. They even called after taking the time to review my car to make sure I would be okay with the price for the seats before moving forward. I will definitely be using them again!”

“Valet Pro Detail did an amazing job on my car! I got the super interior detailing with the vomit remediation add-on (due to a mishap that happened the weekend before). Not only did they make the interior look brand new like when I first bought it, but they even cleaned my gas cab for me and it looked like they even did something to the exterior to make it extra shiny. They did miss a spot near my seat belt though, but they were more than accommodating about having me come in the next day to get to that one spot. We're all humans and we make mistakes and sometimes miss things-- it's ok!On top of that, the customer service was amazing and everyone was very friendly. When I first dropped my car off, I was waiting for my Uber and they offered to drive me back to my apartment and even pick me up when my car was ready. Of course I already had my ride situated, but I really appreciate them making sure I was taken car of.I highly recommend Valet Pro Detail for any of your detailing needs and for the impeccable customer service!!!”

“Good job cleaning up my car after a long New England winter! Each car wash operates differently. This one has a prewash option - a guy would use a hose and a mop to do a quick wash on the hard-to-reach spot by the machine, like the area around the rear license plate. Then you would go through the conveyor for the usual cleaning. Then a guy would towel-dry the wet spots missed by the touchless dryer at the end. Overall, I am pretty happy with the results. I will definitely come back.”

“All in all a nice carwash actually very large and lots of options for sure. I paid for windows vacuuming and a wash total $75. My only complaint and why I did give a 5 star review was because the back seat never got vacuumed. Other than that I would come back again when I need another full detail.”

“Always did a great job, tonight I went through and my vehicle was covered with soap, this has never happened before and I use the car wash almost weekly, I had to wipe the soap off and went to a self service after to rinse off, im guessing there was an issue with the rinse portion, I'll try it again and hope its back to what it has been, basically wasted $ 18.00 on the was and spent another 8.00 to rinse it down, even with the dryer i was surprised how much my vehicle was covered in suds”

“I have no problems with Prestige Car Wash in Waltham, MA. I pay a monthly fee because I want to keep my car clean. They are fast, effective excellent vacuums, and run the place well. I took off one star because they will only allow you to go thru 2x in one day, even if it misses a spot or the car is that dirty. When you're a monthly member, this rule should change.”

“I've been using this car wash for several years now. Prices are reasonable ($22 for their Premium Wash). My car is always squeaky clean every time! They also have vacuums to clean out the interior of your vehicle (these machines take credit cards). Located in Westford off of MA Rte 110 near the Bamboo Asian Restaurant.”

Despite the fact that there was a line, we were moved along very quickly by the friendly staff. Got the top of the like package for $21 plus tips. It's worth twice that amount.
