I am pretty unhappy that my financial institution has just closed up shop in my town. Very inconvenient. Terrible customer service. No communication as to if or when they will re-open.

Still closed all the time but it says only temporary..... the customer service when they WERE open was a boar at best. The "new" open concept is anything but that and it's confusing where to go and no one speaks up to help. The ATM is literally a mess = the keys are "sticky" like the spilled soda on them. It's ridiculous what this back has become from a Billion dollar company this is what you put in Concord Center?!?!?

This branch has not been open for about 2 years. Major bank the size of B of A can’t maintain an open office in a town of 18,000 people. Useless.

I have been a customer with accounts at this BoA office since they moved into the building. Last Wednesday, September 8, I deposited a check there that had been issued five minutes earlier by another bank. Whoops! I got an email saying that my deposit was ON HOLD until the 17th because of "check specific information indicates item may be returned". Got evidence from the other bank that BoA has had my money since September 9. Visited BoA today, and learned that they still can't remove that unjustified HOLD. Why a HOLD for a bogus reason, and why for 8 for days after they have received the money?

The line for the ONE teller on duty was 4 deep at 3 pm (and remember: they close at 4!). Other employees were floating around, perhaps they could have chosen to help some of us who were waiting? Bottom line: they don't respect their customers' time.

BOA credit card has terrible, incompetent customer service. The customer service phone number forces customers to wait up to 60 minutes before a customer service, not well trained, answers the phone. No-one will wait this time. In addition, people of abilities and ages need to be able to call and speak to a well trained customer service human to ask questions which is not the case with BOA. No matter what the offer of BOA is for their credit card, look elsewhere, we will be switching to another credit card. If BOA wants to keep or attract customers they will need to invest in excellent customer service and training.

There are so many bad reviews that I thought I should add my very pleasant experience. Just visited this branch yesterday, without an appt, and was greeted right away and set up with a customer service rep within a minute. She was friendly and efficient; she took care of everything I needed to my complete satisfaction.
