“I have to say this is the first time I am impressed with citizens bank (who I think generally has the worst customer service in banking). Often their methods just don't make sense to me. But let me say I do my banking closer to home, so this was my first time dealing with the west concord branch. It may seem simple enough, but it meant a lot to me that Shawn/Sean(?) took the time to call me and let me know someone had found my debit card and relayed how I could get it back. And more importantly, rather than canceling it automatically, he put a block on the card until I could retrieve it. In the past, I know the citizens bank policy (at least in Somerville & Cambridge) was to cut it up or throw it away without even notifying the customer. Thank you Sean for using your good customer service skills and notifying me so I didn't have to go about ordering and waiting for a new card !”
“They know my name. During covid, they treat depositors like Marketbasket treats customers. Marketbasket gets a cashier to the front if the lines get long. This bank opens the door for you and then that person goes back to their window if there is nobody else to wait on you. One person /one teller at a time.”

“Bank of America is one of the best bank out there. There are plenty of ways to waive the fees they charge monthly and this location in Acton is very nice. I use mostly the ATM for deposits and some times withdrawals but even the small times I came in inside the branch, the employees were very nice. I have been with Bank of America since I first came in the USA back in 2005 and they have been treating me very nice. I recommend you come in this branch and check it out. They even sent me a Happy Anniversary card to commemorate me having an account with them for 10 years back in 2015. I am sure they will send me another one in 2025. That was very unexpected but much appreciated.”
