We had our daughters ears pierced here today. The owner was absolutely great. Very knowledgeable, kind and careful to make sure all was done well. Excellent experience! We will be back to buy new earrings!

Gave them a ring to re-size. It's been OVER 3 weeks and it's not done yet, my actual ring is in the wind at "another shop" and I keep calling and they always say they will check on it and call back but never do. At this point I feel like it will be a miracle if I even get my ring back at all... for my $$$ this is a god damn stressful headache. Edit: got ring back after 5 weeks and the ring was slightly to big, and I can't be sure, but I think there are signs of the stone falling out and being put back in badly.

I brought my then girlfriend's family heirloom ring in in anticipation of proposing. They took a ring that was scratched up from years and years of wear and made it look brand new. They did the work immaculately, promptly (less than two weeks, and over the Fourth of July). I was over the moon, she was over the moon, and her folks were amazed at how the ring looked.

So updating my review since someone responded: "the woman you have there that is 40 year employee is not the one that serviced me and the one that did lost her temper with me, thus the full reason for bad review! The other jeweler who fixed my watch told me tool was broken of and a piece was stuck in the watch and the pin holding the link was also broken thus the reason your 'so called jeweler' could not get it out! and leaving my watch not ok as the first thing she said was "I'm not sure I know how to do this one" So after she struggled for a bit, got infuriated with me for standing at the counter after she she insisted I sit, which I have a right not to do, she said, after getting tool stuck: "well leave it and I will have a jeweler fix" Well at that point it was obvious she was doing something way beyond her means and I insisted on the watch back and she just kept saying go run errands, but I did not have errands to run!
