My wife, who is a local realtor, contracted a small job for her business. 50 brochures were printed for $136.... When she noticed a simple, but consequential spelling mistake, she brought it to their attention. Their response was "we can re-do the job, but you will have to pay". Sort of surprising! They will no longer get her future business, and that of her associates. They could surely benefit from a refresher course in customer service 101.

Priya was an absolute delight to work with!! My project was quad-fold wedding invites with full color watercolors printed on them (specifically watercolors that I had painted, so I was doubly attached to how they turned out), and she worked with my and my maid of honor every step of the way to make sure that the sizing was spot on, the paper look and feel was exactly what I imagined, and that I was all set for the rest of the wedding invite suite.
