Great customer service, everyone is very kind and helpful. Service is a lot faster if you call the number on Google Maps vs the statement number. Really nice experience & the tests effectively helped my doctor diagnose my problems.

The have the WRONG customer service number on the statement but when I called the number on their google listing I was assisted immediately. Reading all the reviews you can see clearly people are frustrated but It's really not that hard to find another number to call......
