BEWARE!!! This is the most horrible customer experience I've EVER had. I needed to make a return due to poor quality. The seller requested a 20% restocking fee that had NOT been made clear on their site when I ordered. I called the company and continued to hold politely while a woman checked the situation on her end. She admitted that she couldn't find any record of this restocking fee, claiming it was no longer there because the item is now out of stock. However she insisted that I pay the hidden fee. When I objected - she said "Tough! prove that I'm wrong!" and proceeded to TAUNT me! It was almost comical. I truly thought it might be a joke. I asked her if she were serious. She got snarkier, called me a liar and was downright nasty. I was horrified and told her I wouldn't be ordering from them again and that I would be giving a terrible review. She said: "oh, wow, I'm scared, oh, boy, you must know SO many people, this is really going to affect me- are you done?" THIS was for a FIFTEEN dollar hat! This company is represented by a truly disgusting human being. For SHAME, 911 Costume.

I have had many many wonderful experiences with the staff here, they have gone out of there way year after year to help me and my family get our Halloween costumes! I'll miss getting to shop in their store in Waltham but will still buy from the online store!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. terrible quality! horrible shipping policies. it took 15 days to get and the package was ruined and the costume was all marked up!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
