Horrible, dirty, and creepy. Workers were clearly high or on some drug when I went in there.

Went in there to exchange scratch tickets for my father. The gentleman working tonight, Ron (I think his name was) was pleasant and helpful.

Good to be in there and shop. Right on the Fitchburg line “MBTA”.Also right on the BFRT “Bruce freedom rail trail”. Has the reward app and membership and it pays good stuff. The only downside to this place that it’s a small shop. There’s one of these in Dennis that was too big for the average middlesex citizen. It’s not far from route 2 and right on route 62.

I wish I could buy a small bottled water or a small bottle of Gatorade. Everything is huge.

The floors are always dirty and it just seems dingy in there. Sorry. I just wish it was cleaner and brighter. It would be more inviting. I try to avoid this store at all costs because it’s just seems as though no one cares for its appearance of cleanliness. Which is a huge for customers. Customer service isn’t terrible but certainly isn’t pleasant either, it’s pretty dry. No smiles just a bit sad in there. It would be nice if management would hire happy people and a cleaning team and brighten up the place. I say this in the spirit of love. Thanks for listening ?

Oh, this place is heaven! It’s right on the end of the Bruce Freeman rail trail, so it is a well-deserved treat stop for my bike rides. It is also situated in the neighborhood of West Concord, which is a beautiful place. The selection here is the best out of any 7-eleven I have ever been to. The pretty cashier with the pink hair is the kindest cashier ever.

Good selection of food and drinks I don't find at other convenience stores.

Really nice selection of healthy drinks, snacks, and light eats. They do have the usual convenience store chips etc, but if you're trying to stay healthy, you'll find something here.

I do not usually write reviews but my experience at this 7-eleven has empowered me to speak up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I chose this location because of convenience but NEVER AGAIN! Not only does this 7-eleven have EXPIRED items on the shelves, it also has the WORSE customer service EVER! Ron was unnecessarily loud, rude and most importantly disrespectful! His demeaning demeanor is horrifying! I DO NOT recommend this 7 eleven location!

This is the most disgusting 711 I've ever seen!! So many fruit flies at the drink station. So of course one ended up in my drink. Never again. The only saving grace is the kid with the purple hair. Love him! Hes the reason I come here. One of the nicest people ive ever met. That's why I gave an extra star because he is one! Please clean ur store. Also the drink fridges are absolutely disgusting

We stopped in to get drinks, waters, snacks, etc. after driving in from Boston. Revisions! They had a good selection of drinks and snack items. We also bought a couple of sandwiches and salads.
