The lady at the desk is extremely rude. When I walked in she was sitting down on her phone and when she saw me walk in she rolled her eyes and slowly got up to help me. I had a very heavy package and she just stared at me as I struggled to put it on the scale for her. Once she told me I was all set I asked for a receipt and she said "what do you think I'm getting for you" and then slapped the receipt on the counter. She said have a good day and looked to the next customer. I will be doing my mailing business elsewhere. This location needs to hire better staff.

This postal facility SUCKS! My package has been stuck there for days. No update! They need to shut down this facility, since they have such a low rating.

Carriers leaves parcels outside of mailboxes on Forest Ave. There have been multiple thefts. Carriers misdeliver mail on a regular basis. The USPS website has an email address for the postmaster that does not work. The postmaster states he has repeatedly addressed issues with the carriers. The problems still persist.

Long, slow, oftentimes rude lines. Lost a certified package. Received notification the package had arrived. No home delivery attempt. Stood in line to pick it up. Clerk complained about one dog hair on the ticket then couldn't find the package. Lost certified package? Really? I hate to complain but it's almost always the same story. There is a single pleasant clerk whose name I don't know but all the other bad experiences gets it one star, none if that was an option. Glad they don't run the IRS, Treasury Dept or any other government agency. I know they're quasi independent but...
