I stumbled across this hidden gem, and couldn’t resist writing a review. The shop owners were a delight— we had so much fun coming up with outfit ideas in the dressing room. I ended up buying an incredibly soft yellow sweater, and a fabulous pair of cropped green velvet pants. The next day, I returned home to Nashville wearing my new sweater (of course). Then, the guy I’ve been seeing made our relationship official. Was a coincidence? I think not. As the shop owners told me, the sweater perfectly complimented my eyes. If you’re on the hunt for fabulous clothes or your dream guy, I’d say Ports & Company is worth the stop.

Ports is AMAZING and the owner Lisa Lynch is a gem. I have been shopping here for 20 years. My favorite store on earth! Lisa has an incredible eye for selecting a range of fashion and accessories that flatter EVERYONE - any figure, any age, any budget - great range of price points. It is worth the trip! And once Lisa knows what you like, she is a genius at picking things out and mailing them to you, wherever you live. If you have never been to Ports, you are in for a HUGE treat!!

I need to post this. I have had the BEST customer service at Ports and Company when they went above and beyond to remedy a problem I had. They were sincere and most helpful and made me a customer for life. I have the utmost respect for small businesses and wish them well.

Yes my absolute favorite place to shop!! They have special “finds” like no other place. Very friendly atmosphere, great quality items, best jewelry (get compliments all the time!) and they stand behind their products! I miss shopping and seeing all the friendly faces there! The very best place to shop!

Such a beautiful store with the most unique, fashion forward styles. Absolutely one of my number one travel shopping destinations. The customer service is outstanding as well! I inquired about a purchase that could be shipped to me and my Inquiry was answered within minutes. Very impressive boutique!!

Amazing selections, staff and service. Owner Lisa and the entire team could not be nicer. The selection is very well thought out and there are so many lovely finds to be cherished for years. The service at Ports & Company is amazing. I'd been searching for a dress for a February wedding, and Ports & Company was the 10th store I'd tried. I wish I'd thought of them sooner. Not only did the staff at the store help me find a beautiful dress, but the dress was also on sale! Ports & Company is also a supporter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater New England Chapter. They provide the clothing to the models in the "Fashion Plates" fashion show and fundraiser. To see pictures of the clothing that was modeled from Ports & Company in 2011 and 2010, visit The dress I ended up purchasing was one of those modeled at Fashion Plates. (Attending Fashion Plates as a volunteer is how I first heard of Ports & Company.) I'd recommend Ports & Company to women who are looking for clothing and/or accessories that are different from what they find at chain department stores.

This is one of my favorite places to shop! I live in San Francisco and this is one of the first places I go after landing in Logan. The staff is fantastic! They will tell you what looks good and when to try something else on. Very hard to find in retail. Lisa the store owner is there every time I go and has an unbelievable fashion sense. When you walk in she whisks around the store finding the perfect oufits for you to try on. Also--this store has an unbeatable jewelry and belt selection. For any occasion you can find the perfect accents to your outfits!
