“Yesterday I had to pull over suddenly for a little roadside emergency and Advanced Auto was closest. I called them blindly and quite a bit stressed about this horrible noise my car started making, not drivable and I rely on my car for a living. Mike was patient and kind and was able to figure out the problem quickly so I had my car back by the end of the day. He was fair and put me at ease with it being a simple solution. They explained different services without trying to push a sell too hard and I drove away feeling like I understood more. Finley was personable and made my first valvoline experience very pleasant. “Josh at the Norwell store. Was awesome he greeted me with a good morning and what can I do for you today. After inspecting my car and doing my oil change he commented on a couple of things that may be needed for my car. What i really liked is that it was in no way a pushy type of sales move it was recommending some things that will need to be addressed if not now sometime in the future.
