minute clinic weymouth reviews were right! miserable experience. NP was in a bad mood (who can blame her though working in a windowless box) and barely had anything to say. my insurance paid but i was shocked to see my “extended” visit (6 minutes) where she checked my temp and BP and did nothing else was 169.00 - US healthcare at its finest. i’ll just ask reddit next time.

Power play by pharmacist. speaks to people as if she's above. Stigmatizes customers for medications. People like this need to go into a different field. It's incredibly sad to see.

The management treats their employees unfairly and rudely. I have been in the store and heard a male yelling at one of his employees. It is completely unprofessional and I am shocked by these work conditions.

Ive had my medication withheld from me many times by this store, including but not limited to; Antidepressants, Needles for testosterone injections. The reason being told was because “I was so young to be going down such a bad path.” I’ve also whiteness’d them doing these things to family members. I’ve met a few of the people working at the pharmacy and only a few are sweet and understanding. Other than that they rarely fill prescriptions, there is barely someone working and if they are they are so overwhelmed it seems like they’re on auto pilot that’s barely functional. If it weren’t for the workers and this being one of the only CVS that will do my prescription if I’m lucky enough they don’t withhold it, I’d give a negative star

This is literally the worst cvs pharmacy I have ever been to. They never have prescriptions filled correctly despite calling 100 times to confirm.

The CVS pharmacy in Cohasset is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and Ive lived in different states. BEFORE Covid this store was a nightmare - so they can't blame it on that - long lines at pharmacy, unfilled prescriptions, very discourteous staff behind pharmacy , huge turnover of personnel including front of the house and pharmacy. Years ago -someone, or several people in the pharmacy were stealing 2 or 3 or three of my pills out of my bottle for three months in a row.( from an anti anxiety prescription I have. )I reported it to corporate and mysteriously, the pharmacy staff totally turned over within a matter of a couple of mounts - Hmmm - they obviously received similar complaints or management would not have removed them. They never answer the phone at all now. There are usually one or two people at most at the front of the store and about three , at most, in the pharmacy.- its horrendous _ I did complain to corporate about 5 years ago - never heard back. they could care less as long as the top brass keep getting their 6 and 7 figure salaries at their customers expense. They have no ethics scruples, conscience - its the almighty buck that matters, nothing else. Its truly despicable they way they treat their customers, I went there for many years and got so angry and fed up I switched all of my 8 prescriptions to Scituate Pharmacy about 2 years ago. They are wonderful, helpful and attentive - the way a good pharmacy should be . I can't wait until there are set prices for big pharma, insurance companies, doctors offices etc, so they will be forced to adhere to the new government regs regarding lower cost drugs and strict pricing guidelines so an epi pen or an asthma inhaler, just two examples , won't cost 600 or 700 dollars. Its outrageous and inhumane! The whole biomedicalbigpharma industry, because it IS a FOR PROFIT industry, will be taken to task. Corporate greed has always reigned supreme in this country . Boycott CVS pharmacy- there are plenty of other alternatives! Do US "Drug Lords" really need a 14k gold bathroom wastebaskets?!

Quite possibly the worst CVS in existence. If you'd like to experience a retail business that offers item for sale but employs no one to collect payment for said items, check out CVS Cohasset. The store relies almost exclusively on two self check out kiosks which have an issue nearly every transaction, which in turn requires a human to fix. Finding that human is really where the fun begins. As you hear the announcement for help over the intercom, you and the ever increasing group of paying customers waiting at the front will be able to peer down aisles attempting to determine if the person you see is someone shopping or in fact the rarely seen "employee" Spoiler alert, its another shopper who hasn't yet realized they are shopping in a store void of cashiers. The one star in this review is for the hard working members of the pharmacy that are constantly swamped. Otherwise I couldn't recommend this location less

I used this pharmacy For the first time today and the last. There was a blonde woman behind the counter that treated me as if she was above me. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and announced my medication loudly to the entire pharmacy. I also witnessed her do the same to a young lady infront of me. I have never been treated so rudely in my life and was left to feel embarrassed and belittled. I have read the numerous bad reviews and see now I’m not alone in my disdain for this pharmacy. If you have no customer service skills and you scream “I’m a Karen” then maybe you should get out of the industry or they should consider keeping her in the back of the house because she doesn’t know how to conduct herself as an adult should. Beer or luck to anyone crossing her path.

Getting to talk to a human being at the pharmacy at this location is nearly impossible. Regardless of time of day, I always end up waiting "on hold" in the phone system for an tremendous amount of time. Also, as a policy, CVS appears to be extremely aggressive regarding refills. I told them to take a particular prescription off auto-refill, and while they are not actually automatically refilling it, their prescription system continues to pester me every few days with text messages about it.

The senior executive responsible for the CVS location in Cohasset seems incapable of grasping the seriousness of the pharmacy situation. The staff there is overworked ad stressed beyond comprehension. The store no longer answers the phone for any reason. There was a time when this was well run and well-staffed. For the last several years things have become a mess, yet the senior executive seems to pretend that everything is okay. Frankly, I hope someone sues CVS for professional malpractice. What if there was truly an emergency? How do you defend this kind of mismanagement?????

Literally the worst CVS/Pharmacy I have ever experienced. I never leave reviews but the staff is absolutely horrible. Always rude, impatient and 10x slower than any other pharmacy. If you value your time go somewhere else.

Bad service, rude no personality punk behind the counter. I had surgery. My doctor called in antibiotics at noon to prevent an infection. I had checked my scripts over the automated system. They were currently working on filling 5 scripts for me. My wife stands in line gets to the rude punk. Nothing is ready 7 hours after it’s called in to them. My wife mentions I had surgery an I need my meds. Punk says so do the other hundred people.I’m done with those people.I am going in tomorrow to pick up what I can. I’m am only hoping the lack of my antibiotic doesn’t make me ill.Never going back after that.Oh, they gave my wife expired medications a couple of weeks ago.

Awful! The local CVS pharmacy in Cohasset is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced and I've had asthma and allergies since I was 10, 43 years ago...so I know pharmacies. Massachusetts pharmacies (north and south shore, New Mexico ones, Florida ones, California ones....this pharmacy has the absolute worts service. It's not just the 40 minute lines, nor the unfriendliness of the staff, nor the lack of helpfulness when we were searching for a medicine to treat Mercer virus in our elderly mother (turns out CVS in Scituate had it when we called....retrieving that information being something most other businesses would either handle via online systems or a phone call.) No the worst, after weeks of frustrating experiences, was this week while when trying to pick up a prescription that was called in by the doctor two days ago. The doctor had to call it in because we waited on hold for 20 minutes more than once and couldn't get through. When we arrived earlier today, it wasn't filled because they said insurance wouldn't cover it. We told them, "Fill it anyway.", came back hours later...still not filled. Now we have to go again tomorrow. Really, CVS?
