Ever since they tripled the price of snow shovels during a snow storm a few years ago, I only go here on Sundays when Hingham Lumber up the street it closed. Hingham has better everything.

I ordered a Weber Grill and had to visit twice before being told it was not yet ready. The employees were truly apologetic and had it ready an assembled quickly. They were responsive and more than made up for the delays. I was very impressed by the grill, but more so by the way in which they handled me!

I have had more negative experiences here than not. The staff are unhelpful. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go to Hingham Lumber instead, where they actually want and appreciate your business.
