“I brought my best friend in with a known CCL tear. We didn't want to put him through a huge surgery and then have to keep him medicated and quiet for several months. With the therapy and expert guidance given to us by the staff Oliver is back. He is playing, eating and acting like his old goofy self! The staff not only comforts the animal but helped me get through a few days with him when I was extremely worried about him. The facility is clean and state of the art. “Southborough vet is the most amazing place to take your dog(s). My dog, Nettie, loves Southborough Vet and they love her. They take such good care of her and when I pick her up she is so happy. Her appointments are handle wirh such care and they take as much time as needed with her. Every doctor is so caring and kind and do everythig tey can do to male Nettie comfortable. “Our experience with sterling animal shelter has been nothing short of incredible. I live an hour and 10 minutes away from the shelter but this facility was SO fast and on top of answering my voicemail and email about getting my dog spayed. They seriously were so kind , caring, informative, and over all helpful. They were able to get my doggy in the NEXT day of me reaching out to them because of the urgent situation we were dealing with. They made it so easy and I feel secure knowing my dog is healing up wonderfully and we will refer to this facility to many others and in the future . Thank you to all the staff and for everything you all do for our 4 legged babies . This is the easiest process I’ve ever dealt with and they made a stressful situation a whole lot easier on top of a hard time so much better. “We went here for my cats vaccines and wanted him neutered as well. They were able to get everything done in one day for waaayy less than the price it would been in another vet. Mind you we called everywhere for pricing, as we didn't have much of a budget as a single mom and everything being so expensive, and we are so grateful for this place! The vet who attended my cat 'Pebbles' was super kind and knowledgeable. He went home with all the needed meds and everything. We even found out he had fleas we would've never noticed unless they told us and they treated him for that as well. He got optimal care here and I would recommend this place to anyone! It's been 3 days after his neutering procedure and he's doing phenomenal. They even called me to see how he was doing! We are scheduled back soon. “I am an actual client of Harvard Family Pet Clinic and have been for 2 years. I can say that the misinformation being posted about Dr. Koretsky couldn’t be farther from the truth, and that the people leaving negative comments have not ever been to this clinic, nor do they even live in the same state.I came on here to share my input as Dr. K is not only my veterinarian but she has become my friend in the 2 years that I have been her client, and it is hurtful to see people spreading lies about her and her business. Dr. Koretsky is an advocate for all animals, including service animals being used correctly. Since leaving my original review (below), I have adopted a second kitten and continue to go to Harvard Family Pet. In the years that I have known her, she has been nothing but a fantastic veterinarian, and I would not go anywhere else. The comments from my original review remain, and I also want to add that Dr. K takes the time on her days off to help me when I need assistance or have questions. I don’t know of anyone who has a veterinarian that they can contact on a day off and/or over the weekend, and get a fast response. I would give her 100/5 stars if I could!! She has done countless things outside of her normal business hours to ensure my pets are receiving the best care, and that is the type of person she actually is. I hope that anyone reading negative comments about the clinic will not let that deter them from choosing this clinic for their pets, and will listen to an actual client. My pets are literally my children and I would not trust anyone else with them. My cats are both healthy and thriving.My original review is below:I adopted my first kitten almost a year and a half ago, and chose this pet clinic because I was looking for a smaller practice. As a first-time cat mom, I had a million questions at the beginning, and still continue to have ongoing questions about the best way to care for my cat. He is my baby, and I always want to make sure I am doing the very best for him. Dr. K and Kayla have always been super helpful and patient with me. They always take the time to explain anything and everything to me, whether it is in-person, via email, or over the phone. I am experiencing a lot of things for the first time, so I like that they don't make me feel silly for asking questions, and are always available to make recommendations. I never feel rushed during appointments, as they take the necessary time to provide care and make sure any questions are explained. A few months back, I had an emergency with my cat and they were available to answer my questions after-hours, got me scheduled first thing the following morning, provided an emergency room referral, followed-up with the emergency vet, and handled my pet insurance claim (immediately). I am very happy with this pet clinic, and I feel that I would not get the same level of care at a larger facility. They are very prompt with getting back to me whenever needed, flexible with scheduling appointments, and have very fair prices. I trust them completely with the care for my baby, and I highly recommend this vet clinic!”

“Banfield and the staff are SO great with my two kitties, especially my fractious boy Benjamin! The veterinarians take the time to talk with you and explain with you what's going on, whether in person or on the phone. My Benjamin was just diagnosed with hyperthyroid and Dr. G called me and explained to me the diagnosis...even though I already knew about it still thought it was a very kind and much appreciated gesture. “We drove quite a distance to come here. Following our favorite Vet, Dr. Codd. The office staff is attentive, professional and courteous. Old fashioned customer service, tops! Clinic is clean and atmosphere is like being at home. No trouble booking appointments. They emailed me to remind me about upcoming appointments. We moved far away and had to say goodbye. Our Baby, Moira Rose, felt like a queen here. Such a teeny 4 pound poodle who will turn 3 on 12/24. She will miss you!”

They’re so friendly the doctors explain everything in detail I love that and the insurance plans are a reasonable price. I always get an appointment right away when I call and there’s an emergency with my PET. I’ve referred friends here.”
