Went to Verizon Clinton today 12/03/23 for a security question on my phone. The man came and unlocked the door and had me standing in the rain while we talked. It was obvious he really couldn't be bothered. Told him I had phoned Verizon and I wasn't sure how to do what I was suppose to do, he told me go to apple we don't do that, in the mean time still standing in the rain. Worse service I have ever had. Finally just walked away, he was dry I was soaked and he wasn't going to help me. To bad can't give a minus ratingo

Was leaving for work ,I went to get in my car ,and my phone slipped out of my hand, and landed face down, with screen smashing.I went to the Verizon store in Clinton, and the sales associate Ryan was very helpful , he help me file a claim with my insurance. I am very thankful for his help, and t excellent customer service.

Had an extremely positive experience at this authorized retailer working with Chris. He helped me get a great deal on my new iPhone 14 pro and Apple Watch. My past experiences at Verizon stores was a lot of wasted time and runaround but Chris made the process of upgrading my iPhone simple and expedient. Thank you for your patience and care, you can tell that he genuinely cares about helping his customers and was a joy to do business with. Happy new year!

Just stopped in for a phone charger, and the 2 gentleman that were in there were very nice, professional, and not pushy. If I do choose to switch to Verizon, I would go to the Clinton MA location.

I visited this store when I broke my phone and needed one same-day. Cassie was amazing and helped us tremendously. She was able to get us a lower priced option (iPhone SE) as we we not seeking the newest. She was kind, informative, and truly made the experience a breeze. Thank you so much!

Rudest people I've ever dealt with in a retail setting. PLEASE take your business to another Verizon store. Terrible service!!! They sold me a 50$ screen protector and then never gave me the receipt I needed to get the screen protector registered for this so called warranty. Then when it was put on incorrectly, and there was a rainbow glass on the screen which obstructed the center of the screen. When I went I today and asked for help the guy told me that he did put it on correctly rudely and said I had to gegister it. It broke all on its own...because it was put on incorrectly. I can buy for 7 dollars a much nicer screen protector online. I should have done that in the first place. These people only want to sell you...like a shifty car dealership. People who get duped into spending their money here are making a mistake.
