Website repeatedly allows me to sign up for appt for COVID test, sends confirmation text , then at site nurse informs me my sign up was incomplete and can't give me the test! Quest recognizes this is a problem but hasn't corrected it. As a result, available COVID tests going to waste and those seeking tests waste a lot of time. Terrible way to run a service! And, folks are stressed enough around COVID. Why add to that!?

The location is in Clinton Hospital and so it was co-vid safe and very clean. The woman who did my test was very friendly and very professional. Check-in as a walk-in was quick and efficient. Highly recommend you use the Clinton Quest facility.
