6 Clinton Rd, Sterling“My favorite Post Office in the United States to do business with.Bob the Post Master is always johnny on the spot when it comes to getting tasks completed. The Postal workers are also a pleasure to work with, thanks to their professionalism, and courteousness. Thanks again.”
“The few times I've been in recently (including ~3pm 08/23/23), there has been an extremely helpful and kind woman working. My experiences have been pleasant visiting the post office, which is not always the case!”
“Thank you to Robyn! My husband told me how incredibly kind you were to him today. He forgot his form today. He had to leave and go back. He really appreciated your help. I hope your boss knows how exceptional you are!”

560 Lincoln St #8, Worcester“Mike makes this location worth going out of my way to come to! Pre-taped boxes makes my job A LOT easier, so I definitely try to ALWAYS come to Lincoln St. He's just seems like a nice guy, have never seen him in a bad mood! (can't forget to mention how the place is always clean, which I can't say for many other locations!) Keep up the great work, Mike!”
“I’m not a fan of most post offices but Fran made the experience very enjoyable. She’s incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll continue to use this post office moving forward.”
“My fiancé and I had an amazing experience with Jenna! We were going to send out passport renewal form and she guided us through the process so much. We appreciated her help! She made the whole transaction so relaxing. Please give her some good praise for this as she is an outstanding employee and you should be proud to have her working there!”
“Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”
“This post office provided probably the best experience I've had with USPS. The woman who helped me was unbelievably kind and personable and made sure everything I needed was taken care of right away. The line moved efficiently and everyone was able to comply by current social distancing because of how clearly marked the post office was. Absolutely recommend this location and thank you for helping me get my TREX stamps”

23 Main St, Shirley“Whenever I go here I am always treated great. Everyone is professional and enthusiastic even during these hard times. I know that if I have an issue or concern it will be taken seriously and followed up with as they have proven in the past.”
“Please talk to your staff about professionalism with clientele who may have disabilities that aren't noticeable. ADA discrimination policies should be addressed, and if someone says they can not read a document, it is extremely rude to reply to that person who is legally blind "Oh you REALLY can't see." Thank you.”
“Carlos stayed late in order to facilitate a package, and despite the fact that it ran late he provided excellent customer service and spent the time to determine the correct way of shipping our package. We feel awful, but it was an amazing experience”
“Received an email telling me the package I sent to my aunt a week ago was being held at the post office for pickup. Not sure why; I called the post office this morning and talked to the nicest woman who found the package and assured me it would be delivered today. That is service with a happy ending for everyone! Thank you.”
“I've used this location for years & got to know the counter people. No one knows the abuse they take from the public when you're not there. I'm always treated with respect, friendliness & expediency. I can make them smile with a funny phrase or a compliment out of the blue if thats what's needed when I don't see any smiles. Patrons take their bad days out on the people behind the counter. You prob'ly won't see that happen, but it happens alot. Dave keeps his smile in his pocket, but its there if you gave a compliment once in awhile, even if its a struggle to do so. Working the public is a thankless job, add the pandemic, short staffing, standing for 7 hours, combating personal problems, disgruntled patrons & morning smiles wane quickly. If you want a smile & friendly greeting, go meet the ice cream truck when you hear their tune. Try Initiating a smile or a kind word & don't expect anything. But you will have made a difference to someone who may need it...just like you do.”

67 W Boylston St #5, West Boylston“Great staff very informative. We had to get our passports and they answered all our questions. They also took our passports photos and made everything easy and seamless. I have been coming to this location for years and previous team was not good at all.. the new manager, I did not catch her name, is really good. She is professional and polite. Thank again for all your help.”
“Previously had an issue thinking the phone system was bogus. Turns out it’s USPS’s service number that’s awful. Clinton’s, which is the 978 number on their actual website works fine.
Had an issue with a community mail box that was jammed shut, couldn’t get my packages. The manager met me there within 30 minutes, ID’d me, got my package, and we were on our way.
Great service”
