They were fairly priced and they dropped off and picked up-- also they were happy to call me a half hour ahead since it was not at my house. Their prices were 15% less than the 2 others companies I called in the next town...AllStar's crew was pleasant and helpful. Very pleased.”
“Monnick is truly wonderful! After unsuccessfully trying Lowes/HD to get some keys copied I stopped here. They warned me the keys may not work as Chevy requires chipped keys, but I asked to try anyway. They happily attempted my request. Then once I got to pay I realized I left my card at home and my apple pay wasn't working. I was so embarrassed but they said no big deal, gave me my keys and said come back and pay later! I was honestly shocked! They didn't have to do that, but they did!And I'm happy to report the keys worked!”
“I called early this am, 4-16-24. The person who answered told me one of the tech would call me by 9 am, when they get in. Adam called me about 8:50. I told him the situation of how my keys were screwed and I couldn't start my Jeep. He said he'd be there about 10:00 to 10:30. He was here about 10:30 and what a nice guy. It was well worth the $100 on-site call! He got one of my keys back in the computer and I bought another key from him and he swapped out the innards with one of my cut keys and voila, I have two now. ONLY $150 more.This place is the real deal. If I could have driven to them, it would have only have been the $150. Most of the other places (Even dealerships), will rip you off for much more.After diagnosing the problem, he jot the job done damn quick. Couldn't ask for better service at a great price!”

They’re right down the road from me and it’s just a much nicer experience than the larger stores. I was there today and their associate Frank was so wonderful and welcoming. “I get my mowers and snow blower serviced at Robinson's in Framingham. They've always done great work and return the equipment quickly. They also clean it! I have them pick-up and drop-off which is huge since I don't have a truck. It costs a little extra but is worth it.They even once picked up my girlfriend's grandparent's snow blower even though they are technically out of range. Now that's wanting to help!The service department is knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my Honda mower here, and will continue to support them any way I can.I have also rented a portable generator from the Hudson store when they didn't have it at Framingham, and they are just as awesome there!I love supporting this small business because they are so focused on helping me. That's hard to find at big box stores.”

After waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledged as the pick up desk, I was informed that my order has not even been started. Not a big problem it had only been 90 minutes. My problem lies with the attitude of the service desk. I was informed that it wasn't my fault that I can't read the email that said to wait, nor was it my fault that they had 21 other orders. Again I didn't care that it wasn't ready I just happen to be driving by... To save myself some time and it's not clogged up there pick up area thought I'd see if it was ready we're close. A gentleman that printed it out and half the way to go pick it, and then proceeded to talk to another Associates about my literacy was definitely uncalled for. It is quite evident that Lowes does not value their customers, and the associates think that for items is a large order. Had he taken a moment to listen to me, he would've known that he did not need to drop everything, rush off in a huff, and I would've return tomorrow to get the merchandise. I don't think it's right to ever make a customer feel like they're inconveniencing the employees, nor do I think it's right for the employees to make the customer feel humiliated. Epic fail Lowe's on a $1K order.Update:returned today to receive order. A shout out to Kurt! Super nice guy. Almost made up for the associates yesterday. I'll chalk it up to busy season for them.”

Christian Delgado assisted me and was so helpful, patient and relaxed. He did not push me to purchase new. Gladly called Bali company and was as happy as i to find out there was a warranty. I would ask for him again if needed help in his areas of expertise. Great experience.”
“The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. Specifically I have had great interactions with Kyle and Ed. They are always willing to answer questions and help me on projects. Additionally Aubuchon has Benjamin Moore paints and other great brands and it’s right in downtown Clinton.”
