At the pharmacy, the drive‑through employee was polite and provided amazing customer service, contrasting with a prior phone call that was extremely rude and ended with a hang‑up. In the store, a front‑end employee went above and beyond, multi‑tasking between the photo center and the coupon kiosk, helping customers find and use correct coupons at checkout. Another employee at the front end was extremely professional and pleasant, making the shopping experience enjoyable. An older checkout employee was a real gem—friendly, kind, efficient, and professional—and discovered a $20 credit in the customer’s account that other locations had not mentioned. Customers now prefer shopping in Clinton.

Don't deal with this pharmacy. Totally unprofessional. The lady threw a mini fit over ringing up 2 Gatorades. Then wouldn't even give me a bag. Sad & pathetic!! I'm so glad I don't live in this town. ??

Went to drop off my Amazon return. Person told me they are no longer accepting Amazon returns, even this being an UPS return. They have the freedom, as per UPS to accept or not certain returns. I have also changed pharmacy since I had a horrible incident with the pharmacist years ago. They should close this CVS store.
