My dog Delaney, who is almost 11 years old had 11 T3 moved and the Clinton veterinary hospital was absolutely fabulous. They took great care of her. She is doing wonderful and I want to thank them all very much. They also called the day after the surgery to see how she was doing and she is doing very well thanks to them. ??

This place is horrible!! They gave no pain meds to my animal and left him all day in pain and in a soaked pee pad. If you love your animals DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!! THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE A VETS LISCENSE!!!

I moved to the area recently and am so happy to have found Clinton Veterinary Hospital! The staff is always so kind and helpful. Additionally, whenever I have needed to book an appointment, I am able to get one right away. I highly recommend!!!

We originally started bringing our dog here when we moved to Clinton because they are only a few blocks away. They did well with the standard shots and things. But, when my dog was injured play-fighting with my son's dog, they made us feel like we were doing something wrong by not scheduling the injury in advance.A few months later, my dog had a lump on her breast. We treated her for a blocked milk duct, but it kept getting bigger, and she was becoming very lethargic and not eating as much as usual. We scheduled a visit, and they took a tissue sample. All of this was done robotically and without any seeming concern for my dog's comfort. The biopsy found that she had breast cancer. The Vet wanted to schedule surgery as quickly as possible.I reminded him that my dog was 15 years old and asked if she could handle the surgery. He replied that other than the cancer, she was strong and healthy and would have no problem with surgery. He told me it was a simple procedure and that once she recovered from the surgery, she would be her old self again for years to come.Against my doubts and fears, I approved the surgery. We received a call later that afternoon telling us the surgery had been successful and Angel was sleeping off the anesthesia. They said we could pick her up in the morning. At about 12:30 AM, we got another call. This time, it was to say that when the nurse did her rounds, she found Angel dead in her kennel. The doctor said that she must have had a reaction to the anesthesia and that she would have died peacefully in her sleep. After questioning them about how often they check on their surgical patients, the doctor became rude and cold to me.He informed me they were understaffed, so the night-nurse would only check ALL of the kennels every three hours. Nothing special for recovering surgical patients. Then, right there, only moments after telling me of her death and their lousy care due to staffing issues, he had the gall to hand me a bill for almost $2,000 and ask if I wanted to pay it in full now!I hope my story paints a picture of what type of vet this is for the next person. If you only need scheduled shots and maintenance, they're ok.Just don't expect red carpet treatment or even a smile.

Terrible experience. Had trouble getting a spot because the parking lot was a mess. I ended up getting boxed in by someone who was in their appointment so I had to wait until theirs was done. Was largely ignored by front desk upon entering as a first time client. Vet techs were so nice and so friendly. The vet, however, was extremely rude and arrogant. Since this was my first time owning a certain breed of dog, I had a few questions for him (the vet), to which he couldn't answer really any and ended up responding, "haven't you ever owned a dog before?" Yes, I have, but not this dog and not this breed. He then went on to tell me the questions were beneath him and left the room. If you want a caring, knowledgeable vet who will take the time with you and your pet, this is NOT the place.

I originally gave this place 5 stars. However, i am changing it due to a huge incident that occured with my dog being attacked by a worker of Clinton Vets German Shepherd.i believe she's the front desk or something like that. I won't be rude enough to say her name We've been there before numerous times for a dog we had before this one. Never had any issues. But things changed for whatever reason, i have no idea. All i can say is this, If your want your animals treated with love and care, do not go here. Trust me. They don't care what so ever.

Not the nice woman who helped me faults but the vet was out sick the day of my appointment so it appeared as if I'd have to reschedule and come back later but the staff was super helpful and accommodating. Since I live nearly an hour away they helped me out by housing my animals until the next day.

Most of the staff has always been very kind Except for the main vet. Took my cat here twice and he repeatedly brushed off my concerns and made me feel like I was stupid. He told me I was overreacting about my cats ears (which are very waxy and he scratches at them a lot, causing pain) and literally told me not to bring him in again for the same problem. Most of the staff has always been good to me and my animals, but I can’t bring my cat back to that man.

The worst experience I've ever had with an animal. They do the least they can. left him in a soaked urine pad all day. No pain meds nothing. He's so uncomfortable hurting. Disgusted. They shouldn't have a license to be a vet hospital
