Matthew provided me outstanding customer service. He was kind and professional, and really went above and beyond to help me. He coordinated with the local mechanic who had my car and he helped save me money with them, since my parts were under warranty. I didn't have a good experience with that garage and if it weren't for Matthew's coordination with them, and the reassurance and help he gave me, I'd have been much more stressed. He also gave me lots of good advice and referred me to a different mechanic for the next time, with whom I just had a great experience. He was super duper professional about all of it. Kudos to Matthew, he is definitely management material! His people skills are top notch!!

I can’t express how helpful Nelson and Stephen and Nelson were. I was in a bind broken down in a parking lot off the highway. I called AutoZone and Nelson answered. He was able to find my Part quickly. I then Asked a huge favor to see if they could bring the part to me in Sterling from Clinton. Nelson was able to work the problem and asked Stephen, who was clocking out, If he could possibly do that favor for me. Stephen agreed and took time out of his day to bring me the part. I would’ve been waiting for hours for help from a different source. The Clinton team rocks and deserves every bit of praise I can give to them. They Earned the top award.

Matthew was AWESOME. He helped me find everything I needed and was super sweet. He also taught me how to check my oil. He had a way of explaining what was going on with my car in a way I could understand. The manager was also super nice. We have a great crew at the Clinton AutoZone and I WILL be back again.

Just need to give a MASSIVE shout out to Renaldo Valdez for YEARS of unbelievably great work at this store. Always very positive, helpful, knowledgable and the biggest reason why I always came back to Autozone. He could answer any question, solve any problem, and always did it with a big smile on his face. Thanks Renaldo!!!!

Average AutoZone location. Id suggest getting more customizable stuff for a range of products (better decals, vinyl, lighting, etc).

Went in for the $29 oil and fillter special. They don't have a cross - reference for the filters, so clerk looked it up. He grabs some oil and the filter, and said you get a free air filter. I took the deal - $45 at checkout. I could have gotten it done for me at JiffyLube for a couple buck more. They also had no bags, and the computer locked up so I had to wait 10 minutes for a receipt.
