The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. Specifically I have had great interactions with Kyle and Ed. They are always willing to answer questions and help me on projects. Additionally Aubuchon has Benjamin Moore paints and other great brands and it’s right in downtown Clinton.

Stopped in today to purchase some manure and hummus to treat my plants. Had a brief conversation with the young man selling Andersen Windows and went to the cash register but not before the manager went to window salesman and said, "You're in for it today." loud enough for me to hear. Then the manager started to check me out, was short with me for no reason, informed me that the manure should've gone in earlier as if I'm not 60 years-old and understand that. I've been doing business there for decades. I always try to purchase anything for my home there, but I doubt I'll be going back. I can be treated rudely at other stores. Oh wait! That's right! The customer should never be treated rudely even if the employee is having a bad day.

I purchased three electrical circuit breakers off your website, and all three of them are not the items that was shown on your site. I have determined the two of them are substitutions that are acceptable, but the third one is totally incorrect, and will have to be returned.

Pellets were difficult to pickup because loading area was at front of store on main Street in clinton,ma. Diagonal parking only, difficult to back into, and could only get to within 30 feet of the pile. I will say the lady who helped me load 25 bags was great.
