This walmart has been going down. Many items in the health & pharmacy side are locked away and there is often times not someone there to unlock the items. It doesn't make sense to wait 10-20+ for simple items like nail polish. End up leaving and going elsewhere.

I know Walmart is trying to prevent theft by locking everything up, I wonder how much they lost in revenues by locking everything up. I will no longer buy cosmetics or anything g else under lock and key. 1You can’t find a person to unlock them. 2.When you do find a person they don’t speak English. This is America., everyone should speak English… even better to be bilingual. Going into a Walmart in Chicopee MA USA, we should not have to search for English speaking workers. Hire more staff and unlock your products! I will be moving my dollars to CVS where, although some products are locked up, there is no problem finding someone who help you out!

I waited 20 minutes for an employee to help me with the soap because it’s all locked up but the first employee I found said they didn’t have the key to open it. I never found another employee. I asked them if they could call someone over for me and they said no that I have to find someone that works over there myself. I just left. I was very respectful but the employee was not. She was very annoyed I asked her. I had to run up to her because when I called her over all she did was look at my and keep walking. Very disrespectful. This place is going downhill so fast.

As we all know it's crazy on the weekends, especially at the beginning of the month. The shelves are half stocked, it's jam packed, most customers are rude...
The only positive thing is you can finally get a cashier to ring your items up and bag them.
Guess they finally realized the honor system isn't the way to go with a multi billion dollar corporation.

This is a great Walmart. I usually only visit for the grocery section, but it is good to know I can walk right over to the retail section or pharmacy if I need to. I'm only giving 4 out of 5 stars because of the regular volume of rude & disrespectful customers I deal with on every visit. I know that's not Walmart's fault...it's the area. Still, I had to take one star away from their Chicopee, MA Supercenter. If you don't mind the drive, go to the Walmart in Ware, MA. It's a Supercenter as well, but it's like being in a different world...

I ordered a PS5 and decorations for a 8 pm deliver for my son at 1 p.m only to get an email at 7:30 pm that the ps5 was unavailable. I immediately called Walmart in an effort to get an idea of what other PS5s were available as my son's bday was the next day. Well they didn't care, lied about what was in stock, charged my card over $500 and told me I had to wait 3/5 business days for a refund. After arguing with customer care they shipped one apparently that night with a delivery of by end of day. Welp the delivery didn't happen and my son waited all day...checking the tracking for his PS5! It finally updated at 9 saying it would be delivered today! Never again will I spend a dime in this store

I went to Walmart in chicopee ma yesterday
The service person Luis Pete was so helpful I had lost 1 of my hubcaps he helped me pick out the size and even put all 4 on my car he is a great person I give 5 stars he is very excellent employee thank you luis!
