I have been to this location twice and both times I had Spoken with the pharmacy between 20-40 minute prior to picking up my prescriptions only to find out they were out of the medication upon pick-up. I would not have even known without asking why there was a pricing discrepancy from the phone call to the in person price… I asked “are their three prescriptions” and she said yes… so I repeated “I was told it would be $— on the phone and you are saying it’s $—. Why is this different? Did all three come to $—“ her response “yes”… so I asked Again, “How name medications do you have for me?” “Two.” “Okay well there is supposed to be three, where is the third?” “We ran out of — and so you can either pick it up tomorrow if we have it ordered or I can Call around other stores.” When I asked why this Was the second time they could not inform me during our phone call that the medication was on back order the attendant simply stared at me. A lot of times I have to be strategic with picking up medication and when they say it’s ready over the phone and tell me it’s on back order in person so I have to return another day, it’s very inconvenient and not good customer service… I would understand if I just showed up but this was literally two occasions. That were the exact same outcome. Also, the attendant took my credit card and threw it in a bag with my medications… had I not asked for my card back after almost driving away I could have assumed I put it back in my wallet and thrown the bag away without noticing…what the heck?! If anyone has any advice in a better pharmacy in all ears, because I’m done with this Walgreens.

I know that this time of year is busy with people getting sick with the weather changing but I just want to write a special review for the pharmacist that we’re working tonight. I called about 30 minutes before they closed and I explained to the pharmacist that one of my sons medication‘s needed to be filled quickly and the pharmacist said that it needed to be ran through insurance first BUT were able to do it for me in less than 10 minutes. I just want to thank the pharmacist there tonight because they really did do me such a huge favor and it is so appreciated! I know it’s one day past pharmacist appreciation month but they should be appreciated every day.It’s not easy being behind the counter & serving peoples needs from 9a-9pFive star service !

Got my covid booster and the first shot of a 2 shot vaccine over due for second shot web page booked me at another store went to st James they told me to go home and make another apt. Online spent two week trying to get shot now making a doctor's apt. Wow you customer service and rules are so distorted. If someone is standing in front of you for the seconds time. Don't bother to help them send them away. No problem your store is not worth shopping will toss out rewards and spread the news

4/23 update: friendly, kind human interaction today!I understand being short staffed but stopping to have a vent sesh about it to garner sympathy from your long line of customers has the opposite effect. I like this Walgreens, it is clean and well stocked but you need to have front end supervision because your colleagues are lacking professionalism and tact.

Booked a vaccine appt and are they at least 15 minutes late. At least 6 people waiting in small area to get vaccine. Asked them about the wait and they basically said it wasn't their problem. Nice!

Literally the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Prescriptions were sent in at 11am, I call at 1pm and they still aren’t ready. They say give them an hour. It’s now 3pm, and they STILL DON’T HAVE MY MEDICATION READY. Meanwhile I’ve been horribly sick all day without them. I will never have the hospital send my prescriptions here again, it’s not worth the close proximity. I’ll stick with CVS

I give a 1 star for the photo department not the store as a whole. I go in to print some photos 3 people standing up front not 1 person knows nothing about printing photos including the 1 person who was in the photo department who walked out of the box as soon as I sat down even when a coworker asked her about the kiosk couldnt be bothered to come over and help. So to the 3 young ladies who couldnt be bothered maybe customer service aint the place for ya.

I had an emergency after finding out after 9pm that my son had the flu. I called and drove from about 30 minutes away and they filled my prescription quickly with awesome customer service!
