Even though I ended up not buying from them, Greg was super helpful talking about the cars and was up front about any and all potential items. Great customer service and honesty goes a long ways, so if you want that, I recommend giving them a call!

I bought my first subaru from Greg! He listened to what I was looking for in one and had me test drive a few different models because I was unsure which style I wanted. I wanted safety first along with it being roomy and capable of transporting bigger items when needed. I currently drove a Toyota corolla for many years and was unsure of a bigger vehicle. He explained all the differences of each model I tried with no pressure or rush. I fell in love with the Outback.. He absolutely did all the paperwork and transfers, registry run and had it ready for me in a couple days. I've owned it for 5mths now and absolutely love it..also had a couple minor glitches and their auto body repair place fixed it immediately...(Nick) I highly recommend them and if or when I want to upgrade again, I will absolutely go back to them...even mths later I can still call or text him and he responds right back..try and find that at a major dealer!

Bought a car from Greg in November, late April I call him with a question and he texts me back in 15 minutes…. Because he’s busy. Makes sure he straightens me out and fixes me up with said car. 3 months after any warranty! Guess where I’m buying my next used car. PS thank you again !!!

Bought my Crosstrek from Nick. He was upfront with everything regarding the cars history. I had a minor problem during the warranty period that they were unable to fix in their shop so they had me go to the Subaru dealership and they reimbursed me the full costs to repair. I would recommend them to friends.

These guys deserve your business! After my mom purchased a vehicle from here several years back, she highly recommended I go and check the place out despite it being a distance away and my expectations were far exceeded!When I drove out there, Nik made me feel incredibly welcome and did a fantastic job listening to exactly what I needed/wanted. He recommended I test drive a vehicle that I wasn’t even initially looking at based on the needs I had explained and it was perfect!Through the entire purchase process Nik bent over backward to assist me so I didn’t have to make the long drive multiple times. He was incredibly communicative and even drove the vehicle all the way out to my home on a holiday weekend when I was away on vacation so I did not have to worry about it when I got back! You are not going to find better service, better deals, or better people than at Vitaliys Auto Sales and I’m not sure I’ll ever want to deal with anyone else for purchasing a new car!

I promise you that you’ll never find a better dealer to work with than Greg! I drove a bit over an hour to come see my dream car right after having been in a total loss collision. I was hesitant to be looking at cars at the time as I wasn’t sure what was going to happen with my settlement as this was my first accident.Not only was Greg so understanding to my situation, he even gave me pointers and things to be mindful of when going through my insurance claim. To be honest he gave me the best advice and was incredibly transparent and realistic with me from start to finish!I was able to give a deposit to hold on to my dream car while my settlement was happening. I could not be happier with my 2020 Subaru Impreza, it has all the bells and whistles, incredibly low mileage, and it was an absolute steal! I walked away feeling like I came out on top even though I had just got into an accident 3 weeks prior.Thank you Greg for being so amazing! I will never be able to go to another dealership after having worked with you!!!!

I came from Worcester and I bought my 2015 Jeep from them and they have been wonderful! I’ve had some issues with the car however as soon as I contacted them they did the best to make sure the issue was resolved! Truly a great small family business! They look out for their customers and make sure they are always taken care of even in hard times
