Came here for a night to get away and hit the casino ended up staying four nights. Simple hotel but great for the money and absolutely spotless if there's kids on the property forget going to the pool other than that and my first fire alarm at a hotel in my life it was perfect. Casinos 10 mins

Really nice of your staff to cancel my reservation and say I trashed my hotel room too my company. I finished my stay for work then did a reservation under my name when my car broke down and was stuck in the area. I smoked in the room no one said anything about no smoking room when checking in then you charged my company and not me two hundred and fifty dollar cleaning fee. I am banned from staying in your hotel now because some little Clerk has his first taste of power. I had collected all the trash in my room and bagged it up for housekeeping, left then a tip too. This all would have been fine until you lied and slandered me to my company. I will be in contact with my lawyer. The amenities are non existent ,pool down for maintenance more like employees don't want to do thier jobs. Needless to say even if I could I will never use your brand of hotel.

I called when the rooms were $107 a night for the nights that I wanted. The kid hung up several times. His name was apparently Johnathon. Then I asked him what the rates were at the moment that he answered the phone and he said it would be $135 plus tax. I was just about to give him my debit card number when he realize that he made a mistake so he said oh the rate will be $159 plus tax for those days. I said can’t you just apply that to these days since you’re the one that made the mistake and quoted it wrong? He said no. I said OK is there a manager I can speak to you? He said no, absolutely rude and unprofessional, and we will never be using Hilton again.

The pool is cold. I rented a room just so my son and I could swim. We left after 2 hours bc the pool was cold.

Very clean. Spotless like new. John at the front desk was helpful. No loud activities. The breakfast included in price, was good . Make your own pancakes,, with sausage omelets, bagels etc. Was enough for everyone. It was just a bit far from the Equestrian Center we were visiting. Otherwise I'd stay there

This location is wonderful. The staff was great and friendly with wonderful tips. The room was very clean and organized loved the bed and pillows. Not far from many major areas and events. Stayed with my family and it was very family friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and well verse. From cereals to fresh made pancakes and eggs and sausage, something for everyone. My husband enjoyed the coffee very much. Because of the location if you forget anything there is a Wal-Mart 5 min away.

Very quiet. Good location for food and groceries. Clean staff was friendly. Stayed here for a few days in drove to Foxborough, which was an easy drive. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cool and chill. If I had a negative drawback, its parking was awful and full, and I ran out of spots. But my two day stay, I had no issues was definitely satisfied with my stay.

Stayed at this Hotel several times in the past few months and have written similar reviews in hopes that things would change. This is it, they have lost a Hilton Diamond Member. Each time I have stayed, the TV does not have CBS and other channels. They have been "negotiating" a contract with the provider for MONTHS and still have not managed to solve the problem. The beds are uncomfortable and they do not have air flow diverters on the heating and air conditioning system. If you sleep close to the unit it blows on you.The highlight of the stay is Jonathan on the front desk. He takes his job seriously, and is always pleasant and helpful. Sayonara Tru Chicopee.
