Rucki’s recommended Tony’s Automotive and since my trusty mechanic and his wife retired, I have not known where to go. I know now. They dealt with a minor inconvenience but nonetheless they dealt with it without making me feel bad. And they didn’t charge me for work they didn’t need to do. Luis and Tony were friendly, responsive and honest. I felt comfortable. And will be back.

Had been waiting for a family member to do my O2 sensor and they never got around to it, called up Tony’s and they got me in immediately! Great work and even better price! Thank you so much!! Will definitely be coming back!!

Our family has been going to Tony for as long as I can remember! He's worked on every one of the vehicles we've owned throughout the years at least once between my dad and I. That's what happens when u can't afford to buy brand new! Lol Today was his 1st time laying eyes and hands on my current vehicle. I dropped it off by 8:30 this am and here I am back home before dinner time with my car and it's broken door all fixed up on top of a last min issue we asked him to look into! When we heard how serious the front end issue was I immediately thought "OH NO!! It's going to be 4X the cost and I doubt it'll be ready until after the weekend!" Not only did I still get it back the same day, the cost didn't even DOUBLE! Soo very happy with the services at Tony's! The cost, the quality, the staff. ? ALWAYS!! Thank u guys once again!

I brought my vehicle there to do a wheel bearing and after that all my warning lights were on and wouldn't turn off. I brought it back to them to correct whatever they had done. They eventually figured it out and fixed the issue. I had already paid in full for my wheel bearing and they tried to charge me over 500 dollars for a mistake they made. I said absolutely not. I paid for my services. They had kept sending a bill in the mail too. They are crazy.

I wouldn't usually do this but why did this man think that it was ok to put his foot on my bumper when he was talking to me and leave a boot print? I also called and made an appointment and day of the owner proceeded to say "I don't write down appointments" afterwords goes through all his appointments he made. Lastly he told me he had what I was looking for and after I took time out of my day to go there turns out they didn't even have it. All together the worst experience I've had with an auto shop.

TONY IS GOD SENT! I brought my car here needing an engine and had the best experience! Tony quoted me 50% less than all local shops and has been so accommodating through the whole process. As a female, I can personally say I know he didn't try to take advantage of me financially and I will be a returning customer FOREVER!! I stupidly bought a lemon from a guy named nate in at an auto repair shop. It's on route 20 palmer after uhaul.piece of crap wouldn't take pacifica back that wouldn't pass inspection.plus he got my 2003 chevy s10 navy blue truck. Well I went to tonys to have put down everything wrong with it. He said it was a good car and that it would be about 1000.00 dollars. Well I'll pay that so I don't have to take nate the con to court. Well the car kept going back to tonys. Adding up to 2,100.00 dollars. Took it somewhere else, e & g auto. Showed him receipts. He said no good. All rotted out underneath. Tony lied and never fixed anything. I still have pacifica in my yard and receipts to prove it if anyone would like to debate this. I have no car now and all the money I was saving to fix my rotted mobile home floors is gone thanks to lying horrible people like nate in palmer and Tony in chicopee.
