“I found this place through word of mouth. I went in and bought 3 tires had those mounted and balanced, then had an alignment done (I had the 4th tire put on a few weeks ago). I also had a seperate wheel that I had them swap the tire out and balance. All this work and less than an hour waiting in the lobby. I had my daughter with me and she's a big ball of energy, no one batted an eye or complained everyone was super nice and helpful. I now have a new favorite tire shop! The price! Oh that was the best part. I looked everywhere price wise... no one compares to here I can promise you that!!!!”
“We were passing through on our way from Indiana to Acadia National Park when the valve stem on our brand new tires began to leak excessively. The store we had them put on at back home had a location in Massachusetts. They quoted us over 4 hours before they would even look! We still had several hours to go on our drive to Maine and needed to get back on the road quickly. I found Monro and made a quick call. They got us in immediately! Their staff was AMAZING! They were incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They had our tire fixed good as new and our family back on the road in under 30 minutes! They were speedy and affordable! Our family was very grateful for them and their ability to help us! If they ever open a store in southern Indiana we will be their first customer!
