Extremely rude manager(Teller ASM). Instead of helping the consumer, she starts to barrage, belittle , and be combative. Makes fun of customers by making smart remarks that will escalate the situation. Has no critical thinking and refused to service my account (in other terms, holding my money hostage). Lastly, remarks made by her not only ascertain that she prejudged me but that she was also racist.A customer with money (whether it is 1 dollar or 1 million dollars) in the bank should be treated with respect and decency.And most certainly they should not be told they don't work for the consumer, but rather TD which makes no sense because we the account holders/loan holders/investors are the ones collectively paying your salary.If I go into an establishment and I treat you with respect and decency, you as an employee must definitely need to do the same.Upper management here didn't take my complaint seriously, and I have yet to hear from their boss. It's evident by the numerous bad reviews. This is a trend in this location.If anyone has been discriminated against or has heard racist comments in this bank, please contact me.

Always friendly to me and my son. The only things that I dislike is the charge for someone who I write a check for has to pay $15 to cash it (or $10 whatever it is, it’s wrong) and the charging to go below $100 in your account unless you pay $5.99 a month charge. That’s ridiculous. Besides those things, people are great and I miss Terry! Lol thx

Natalie and Ashley are very professional and persistent. The system was not working but Natalie found a solution and got my accounts squared away. She even stayed late past close to make sure everything was all set.

Teller seemed aggressive and rude. I come to this area often but don’t plan to return to this particular branch and don’t recommend it if you want fast or pleasant service

No walk up atm, the drive up atm is always broken or out of money every time I go here, happens over 6 times the past 4 months.

Extremely terrible service, which employees tried to justify with lame excuses. Long time customers of TD Bank should not have to endure this type of poor service. Totally unacceptable.
