This is my favorite location because of the service I receive every time I walk through the doors. The cashiers especially are kind and very friendly. They make my transactions worthwhile each trip

Always appreciative of the speedy service provided at this store. Any time I’ve ever needed anything done on the fly they have helped me with no issues and even provided me with my materials faster than i expected. All the staff are super helpful and kind. They take the time to make sure you find what you’re looking for and if not in store they will assist with ordering online. I recommend this location.

I went to Chicopee plaza Thursday night (I wrote a review for all the stores I went to if you want the lowdown) I must say Staples was BY FAR the best store experience in that plaza. I did an amazon return, the guy who did my return was very nice. I got a 10$ off 30 dollar coupon so I got Paper Towels and some pens, the same guy at amazon helped me find the pens. Everyone just seemed happy (big difference from Walmart) I will 100% be back as I was told by same guy he/ Staples also offers a service where they can clean computer out for junk files ect for free. So basically 5 below and Staples are the best in Chicopee Plaza.

I live in CA. and when I'm in town taking care of my elderly father, sometimes for months at a time, I count on Staples to help me to continue running my two small businesses from afar. Tonight I had help from Will to buy a new cordless phone for Dad's house, a cable to connect my laptop to Dad's monitor, and headphones. Will was super polite and knowledgeable. I know some folks like to diss on these big stores, and sure, they could be more densely staffed, but what store today couldn't be? Bottom line is that the people I have met at Staples are invariably supportive and patient with both me and my father (a big fan of the copy/publishing department for help with his writing handbook). Thanks.

Not what it used to be. The print team used to be great. I've been placing large business orders here since 2017 but the customer service continues to take a nose dive.The last straw for me was when I submitted an order on a Monday morning that was supposed to be done by end of day only to get a call mid morning on Tuesday to find out that there's an issue with my design. The real kicker is that it's a design that I've submitted countless times and have had no issues with…I would've appreciated the call within the timeline that I requested so I could've gotten my order and not missed my deadline.To top it off- Katie ignored my comment about the past deadline and insisted the design was incorrect in such an off-putting, rude tone that I felt not only inclined to bring my business elsewhere but also to write this review.Taking my business to West Springfield moving forward.

I went to the store on Friday 7/8/2023. I wanted to write this review Staples knows they have such an amazing employee, the computer guy was so nice and helpful at this store. I got hacked and this gentleman not only fixed the problem for me but he also showed me somethings on my laptop I didn't even know how existed, he was fantastic! His name is Stephan, he managed to help me and he seemed to have a full plate on his hands but he never ignored me. I ended up buying a "USB Drive" he showed me how they work and now I have all my kids pictures on this little device, I'll be back to buy a new computer this month when I have enough money, he also showed me the ones that would work best for me, he was great!

Apparently they have decided that they don't want my business because they don't let you use the bathroom here. This is a basic human need; if you want to make a customers only fine, but to say it's not available for anybody is inhumane. Won't be coming back here.

Super helpful staff. Knowledgeable and polite.I spent $20 and 1hr to find out they wanted to charge over $100 for black and white print job. Their self use printers charged me and sat there processing. Used the computer to find it was going to cost even more per page + computer time. Go somewhere else. Their printing prices are stupid.

This place is the most rude and inconsiderate locations but I have never imagined going to. I walked in and asked for help to find a copy machine they called someone over the loudspeaker for literally 15 minutes and no one came. There were four associates in the front tending to two customers no one helping me and then finally they said, can someone go into the back and ask if someone can come in and help this woman? For employees on the front floor helping to people and no one would help me who just walked in asking for help and nothing else. I absolutely video of myself there and I will try to upload it here but if human resources, see'd this I have a video.
