Terrible place, we’ve had spectrum for 10+ years but the experience at this place made us switch. The management is not only rude but they will refuse to help if you tick them off. They have no customer service skills and anytime you ask for help they act like you’re bothering them. This store is the reason I left spectrum that’s how bad it is…
I was so upset at this I even called their corporate offices to complain.

I have been in customer service for 25 years! I went to return equipment and I never experienced anything like this before! I walked into the store and noticed both associates were busy and noticed a chair close to the counter where I needed to go. I have breathing problems so I headed for that chair. Half way to the chair the associate Heather rudely yells to me "You have to wait in front of the store we are both busy with other customers"! Clearly I could see that and I responded "There's a chair over there I was gonna sit and wait"! Rudely again she says "Nope you have to wait up front"! So I went back and waited my turn. When it was my turn Heathers attitude was terrible! She scanned in my equipment, told me to "sign this" and didn't ask if there was anything else I needed. I wanted to pay on my bill as well but I felt like that was going to be a problem too. When I got home I looked at the reviews for the store only to see I'm not the only one she was rude to. Anyone with an attitude like Heathers DOES NOT belong in the customer service role. I get it, everybody has bad days, but looking at the complaints about Heather in the reviews she should have been gone awhile ago. I did make a call to the company to make sure the equipment was retuned properly and surprise no it wasn't! From there I let them know how terrible I was treated!!! Heather needs to find a different job not in customer service. She really stinks at it!!!!!

Customer Service is Horrible. Especially the store manager Ashley Clark . She was very rude , loud , inconsiderate, and her service is just disgusting.

Imagine....long line. Sign in on the iPad I'm told. Two people walk in. Current time is 12:05. Their appointment was at 10:00. They get taken care of immediately. The essentially cut the 7 names of people waiting in front of them. They are switching phone companies, getting new phones.30 min later, their name is no where on the screen and EVERYONE is still waiting. They aren't done yet though........Some people just wanted to pay bills, because guess what!?! Their bill pay machine isn't working either. I just need to exchange my router. No thanks. Maybe if your equipment ? worked reliably, I wouldn't have had to come in person.

These are reviews for how the store is performing. NOT THE SERVICE IN GENERAL!!! If you have poor service at the store fine. However if you have a problem with the service itself leaving a poor review here will do you NO GOOD WHATSOEVER, if you don’t like your service change it and move on. The employees at the store have to deal with customers day in and day out, if they have to deal with issues that they are not able to handle on the store level customers throw them attitude and say how much spectrum sucks. Can the company do some things differently of course they can but as a consumer you have options. It’s not about you all the time, like I said if you don’t like the service get something different and quit whining!

The attendant my husband spoke with was so full of herself she couldn’t hear a word being said. She was rude, with an attitude, and had no intention of resolving our issue. Folk have and will continue to leave Spectrum in droves. Apps are clearly the way to go. No price gouging, no arguments and lots of service with apps. Spectrum is the monopoly for my area. So I can’t choose service providers.
I started with Internet only but I tried to bundle tv and cell service. I thought that would be spectrum’s objective. But it’s not. It’s a spectrum store. Not the White House or United Nations.
What real power do these know nothing sales people have? All she kept saying was ‘the FCC “ this and that. No one is breaking the law. Poor thing she obviously has nothing to live for and this job makes her feel special. Carry on.

The woman who helped me “heather” was the absolute rudest person I’ve dealt with in a long time. A couple had called her a peach while walking out as they were just treated badly by the “plus sized” customer service rep who should swallow her pride like she swallows the poor chair she works so hard at all day. It’s not our problem you hate your life at a bad job it’s your job to help people and being a passive aggressive person makes it bad for everyone when people are already mad having to be at the store and listen to you be so fake and rude. Terrible company with terrible employees.

internet bill got out of control. Called and spoke to Michael in retention and had a great conversation. He offered me phone service, which I will look at in the future and he did lower my bill to an acceptable amount. Michael was fantastic and spectrum will keep my business because of him. I have a hotspot on my phone that works fine and I don't technically need internet. I don't have cable or work from home. But I'm happy with the service I get from spectrum.

Recently lost my affordability connectivity discount, but was getting a discount from spectrum, this month I did not receive. I went to the Chicopee office on memorial drive and spoke with Justin Pickering who gave me exceptional service. My issue has been resolved and I am very happy with my spectrum internet

Monopoly, they don't care about providing good service. Failed to cancel my service when requested and when I got a bill, had to wait over an hour to speak to someone. Never again.
