A woman answered the phone and was very unpleasant to speak with. They were unable to fix everything (maintenance items) on my truck that they told me that they could when I made the appointment. I dropped off my vehicle at 7 but they didn't even touch it until 11. Afterwards I had to have another shop rebalance my tires that I paid to have them mount and bance.

I will bring my car nowhere’s else than Sonny’s from now on. I have been repeatedly let down in having our cars serviced/repaired at other local shops. You are given honest estimates and the work performed is exemplary.Word of mouth is your best advertisement and it’s very true in this case.

I love Sonny's and will always recommend them! The staff are kind and always get you scheduled soon and answer any questions you ask with knowledge. They check what my car needs and notify me if something is wrong, the prices, and ask me before doing the work. They keep my cars in good condition ? Fair, honest mechanics!

Almost 3 years of the front end of my car making a knocking noise and 4 different auto shops, my friend recommended Sonny's. From my first contact with them, they were fantastic. I dropped my car off on a Thursday morning, about an hour after I dropped it off they called me and explained what the problem was and also recommended an oil change which I knew it needed. The car was fixed the same day and below what I had estimated the total to be. When I picked up the car I played around with the steering wheel just waiting for the knocking noise, but it didn't. They are the best, and I will not go anywhere else.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Put 2k into my Hyundai and was told it was in good shape (although burning 1q of oil each month “cars with 100k on them do this …” I was told). My fault for believing them. Took to another shop a few months later because it felt like it was losing power, so they told me to call Hyundai because this model possiblyhad an engine recall on it before junking it. Low and behold it was running on 3 cylinders, the engine was completely shot but due to the recall, and engine was replaced. I guess Sonnys really needed my 2k. I was really disappointed with Sonnys because they were recommended by family. Will never take my car there again…

New to the Chicopee area and went to Sonny's at a friend referral. Easy enough to find on Memorial Dr. In Chicopee, across from Peoples Bank. Clean and neat property. Professional competent staff. Good customer service. We will be back.
