Stop and pay $82 to fill the tank but they have their restroom listed as employee's only. They have a Dunkin' donuts which is classified as a restaurant inside and don't have any public restrooms.

I love SHELL! The people are so nice and helpful. They have such a great variety of things there. For instance I stopped in for gas and I saw an ashtray (I needed one badly) and I was like "YES!" and I also bought a drink and snacks as well. There's a D & D in there if you like them (personally I don't), too. It's a great gas station.

I love Shell because they have everything as well as they have fuel rewards that are actually obtainable by buying products in the store as well as by buying gas! I was able to save 15 cents a gallon last time I went just by downloading the app!

went there and asked if they were hiring and the guy said yes but gave me a website to a summer resort in dubai instead of their actual applications. dont recommend working there

The staff at the west st. chicopee location are incredibly rude. I already posted on the shell page what transpired. my wife and I spend hundreds a month thousands a year at shell. we are in our local 2 shell station stores daily. after what the staff at west st chicopee ma did. we won't nor will our family and friends go back to any shell. we will get a rewards card from the shell around the corner and spend our money there. other customers have had recent problems with the staff there as well and was posted all over social media.

Reading all the reviews about this particular Dunkin is kinda wild. I've never had a bad experience in my 2 and a half years of coming here other than just having either not enough cream cheese or just too much of it on my bagel lol. I think people are to quick to write reviews on how terrible their experience rather than not second guessing to write a good one. Anyway, I go through the driveway in the morning when I get a chance. Everyone is super sweet which is kinda surprising since its early in the morning and since employees are human too, I kinda figured they would be grouchy or tired but NOPE. They're super sweet, nails are manicured, the girls are always SO nice. This time I was running late when I ordered my coffee and bagel. I got my coffee but I think they forgot my bagel so they politely asked me if I could park my car in the front so they could deliver it to me, which was way more than necessary. The girl delivered my order and sincerely apologized. It wasn't a big deal at all to me, I'm pretty laid back but the apology was so genuine and sincere it was honestly so cute that I started to feel bad haha. Anyway, I forgot her name and had to call the store to get her name. She's not only a good example for other employees to follow, but I can tell she's a genuinely sweet person too. This dunkin doughnuts is the f****** worse they always throw out my out my online order. I have never had a issue with another other dunkin but this one ....... f****** unbelievable

CIERA who works at this location is exstreamly rude and is always smoking cigarettes and talking to her boyfriend or other employees instead of doing her job. I will never give them my business again as long as she is working there!!! ?
