DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR REPAIRS! I brought my Seiko watch into Eddy for repairs and he said it would be at least 2 weeks and they would call me with an estimate to repair the stem and crown. In the meantime, Eddy tried to sell me another Seiko watch that he had in stock! Which I did NOT want to buy. TWO weeks later I called them as I never received a call back and Eddy was a little stern with me saying he would call ME with an estimate when he receives it so basically just wait........ ANOTHER 2 weeks went by and I still NEVER received a call for an estimate on the repairs! My wife decided to go into the store and find out what was going on. Eddy had apologized for the delay and for not calling me. Eddy informed my Wife that the watch was sent to RI and came back without the repairs completed. Eddy then said he would get it repaired locally. Eddy once again wanted to sell my wife that Seiko watch he had in stock. My wife said not now and wanted to know where to retrieve my watch and was told it was at their E. Longmeadow location which was where my wife went to retrieve my watch after 5 weeks of no repairs! THIS PLACE DOES NOT REPAIR ON LOCATION! BE AWARE!!

Eddy is amazing. I brought in a stone, wanted to do something unique with it, he spent so much time with me helping me design the perfect piece. And it came out amazing. Whether you want to design your own piece, or select one of the beautiful pieces he has in store, I highly recommend Sayegh Jewelers.

Very pleased with my ring from Sayegh jewelers and the service I received. When I first got my ring sized down it was still a little too big when I picked it up. They made sure I could still wear it for another wedding I was attending and had it back in and fixed very quickly.

Sayegh jewelry store us the only place I will shop for jewelry. Prices are good with a wide selection of items and if you need something special ordered it can be done. Repair work is done quickly. highly recommend this store.

My fiancé and I came in to get my ring resized. I was amazed at how quick they were able to get it done and how amazing the ring turned out! The final product looked seamless and perfect! I was so happy with their service and willingness to help us. Definitely recommend them! The owner has a lot of experience and knows what he is doing. Truly one of the best jewelers in the area!! Best experience I’ve had with a jeweler. EVER! They were very professional and straight forward with us, we went in knowing exactly what we wanted and didn’t feel any pressure from the salesmen to empty out bank account—Although given the opportunity I would not hesitate. The quality of their work and swift support made our day :)

I was in a bind trying to find my nephew a baptism gift since I was asked to be the Godmother. I called Sayegh Jewelers and Eddy advised they had what I was looking for. He was very polite and helpful on the phone. I stopped in and was greeted so nicely. I ended up buying a gold chain and cross for a great price. I just want to say I am so thankful I came across Sayegh Jewelers, the professionalism was amazing! I felt very comfortable and did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase like some places make you feel. Eddy also provided gift wrap and a bow and even offered to put it together for me. I am so excited to give this gift to my nephew. Thank you so much Eddy! I will recommend this too everyone looking for a great jeweler!!!

About the only thing they have going for them is the sell beautiful pieces, but that is probably because they come from a manufacturer. I have been a customer for well over 3 years now. The first poor incident I had was when I was assured that they could melt down my husbands father who passed aways bracelet down into his ring. The first image is what we got from them back, I was devastated. The second picture is what I got back when I took it to a different jeweler and what the ring was supposed to look like to begin with. I figured maybe they just couldn’t do custom jewelry no big deal. Fast forward to three weeks ago I lost a small diamond and they said they could fix it. They also told me they could solder them together and that it would be 3 weeks or so, the third picture is what I got back 4 days later. Absolutely botched. Far to small. And in my eyes destroyed. I spent the entire night crying and my husband convinced me the next day after speaking to Eddy to give them the opportunity to fix it. Eddy assured me they could fix it, use less solder and it would fit. Fast forward the last two pictures is what I got back today 2 weeks later. Still completely botched, still won’t fit and completely terrible. All I heard was “this is just how we do it” “this is what it is supposed to look like” no desire whatsoever to offer a resolution. I took it to another jeweler today and even they said it was a complete mess but thankfully they said they can fix it. Needless to say, if you have any repairs you need done or custom work GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will never be back again.

We’ve been going to Sayegh jewelers since they opened. They are the only jeweler we go to and trust. We continuously refer everyone to them. There is nothing they can’t do when it comes to jewelry! They’ll even customize anything! Do yourself a favor, go see them. They have 2 locations: Chicopee and East Longmeadow. It’s a family run business, too! Love Sayegh Jewelers!!

What a wonderful find on our way passing through town! Such wonderful staff, watches and jewelry. Simply terrific. We'll be making a special return trip because of the exemplary staff and collection -- and we look forward to seeing their East Longmeadow location too! ?
