Normally I don't like to give negative rewiews but sometimes it is better to express how you truly feel and share your true experience. They took our money with no problem and told us we would pick it up a couple days before the wedding. We'll we were lied to about our pick up date. We were called a week before our pick up date saying we had to pick up in the next 2 days because they were going on vacation. We had asked to buy the suit before and they wouldn't let us. We ended up misplacing a white shirt and were charged $50. All was great in the beginning but when it comes to fixing an issue we were given attitude and received completely different service. Had I known how they operate we would have never have given them any business.

After I paid a lot of money they didn't do the service at all (sew the pants at the bottom and iron the suit) they want me to pay more for that and the fabric was really cheap. They should be embarace of themselves. I used to buy suits for my son but this is the worst place that I went. My 1st and last time there. I prefer to go to the outlet. Don't waste you time and money, be careful. If I could show you the picture so you can see by yourselves but it's horrible and it did't came wt the vest. Awful!!

Horrible. The tux on the groomsmen fit terrible. The staff seemed to be bothered by my sister's request to have item that actually fit the men's body type. My son and my husband were fitted so poorly and the staff couldn't have cared less about my sister's special day. Do not use

Strange hours. Staff did not assist with the return of tux at all- and were very rude at requests. I would recommend a place with regular business hours.
